Bought a XXL Run & Coop a few weeks ago now,and honestly,it's even better than expected,and no problems assembling it...Had a "minor" issue with delivery,and it was only minor,and not even their fault,but Giles sorted it immediately for next day delivery,That's How Good This Company Is 👍...Been An Absolute Pleasure Doing Business With You..And you'll be hearing from me again,And Very Soon..😉

A good quality Hutchwnd prompt service
Quick and prompt service, at the time I managed to get my rabbit hutch at a discounted price. It arrived only a little bit late but I was kept informed that the delivery service was a fault not the coops and Hutch company.
Instructions were easy to follow the rabbit hutch was up and installed within a short time scale.
The construction seems decent and I paid for extras i.e fox proof wiring three millimeter and pressure treated wood etc and to be honest someone who does a lot of DIY this seems a good product it's heavy enough that it requires two people to move and provide the rabbit with lots of space to go up and down as required.
I can actually say my rabbit feels safe outside now I know that foxes cannot get into him or underneath the hutch as I installed foxproof flooring turn on the outside.

Purchased 2 cages
Purchased 2 cages, advertised as large enough for chickens/rabbits, when they arrived it was obvious that the cages were not fit for purpose, I immediately emailed to arrange return of the 2 cages and I was told I would have to pay for return, and for the original postage to me Leaving me £20 short on each cage, it was then suggested that this has happened to other customers and that the company advise selling them myself on a FB page! Consumer rights don’t seem to matter to this company and I had the choice to lose money or keep the cages.. at £284 I’ve now lost £40 and the company can go ahead and sale the cages again at full price as they were unused and boxed.
Appalling company I’d never recommend them

If I could rate this company 0 star I would have it doesn't even deserve 1star!
I bought a 5ft rabbit hutch from them when it arrived I soon realised it was no where near big enough (it didn't even measure 5ft!) I emailed them straight away to say I'd like to return for a refund, to be emailed back and told I'd have to pay myself to return and would be getting £50 taken off my refund, even though the hutch was going back unused in the same box it was sent in! They also told me the rabbit hutch I had purchased was suitable for guinea pigs and ferrets even though it was advertised as a rabbit hutch!! I then got in contact with trading standards and did manage to get my full refund and they collected the hutch also. They then when they received the hutch back tried to say it jad been used and had chew marks, which wasn't true the hutch was out the box for a maximum of 10mins and never seen any animal!! When I emailed them to say that it's an absolute lie and I will be taking it further they then emailed me saying that email was for another customer (another lie the email was addressed to me) I was then told I would get my refund and I did!
I don't normally write reviews of bad experiences but I was absolutely disgusted the way this company tried it on with me, and I dread to think how many people they have conned out of a full refund! Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with!

Metal floor rusts and creates condensation
Purchased hutch for my two ferrets, 18 months ago. The metal floors are not suitable for housing animals. It rusts with the condensation in their sleeping areas. Easy to fix by replacing with ply, but should be wood or plastic trays and not metal. Wouldn't purchase again.

I CONTACTED ACTION FRAUD, CAB HELPLINE AND TRADING STANDARDS CONTACTED ME!
I purchased a hutch for a friend of mine. Delivery was the only good thing about it. After that it was downhill all the way! The hutch was flimsy, unfit for any animal and totally unfit for purpose! First of all, the company wanted to take £50.00 from any refund upon receipt of the hutch! I believe this company just wants to take money from consumers for goods which put animals' lives at risk! We contacted Action Fraud who suggested the CAB helpline. They were very interested and I soon had the local Trading Standards contact me. They managed to get my money back for me. Coops and Hutches didn't have any intention of giving me my money back but, legally, it was due to me!

Now a one star review. Emailed company regarding poor quality of the Backyard XL portable Chicken coop and the broken window. Hen house was very expensive also had to pay extra for fox proof netting and the wood to be treated . No reply from them so clearly they just don’t care.

Amazing service with fast delivery
Amazing service with fast delivery. Coop was supposed to be delivered today but wasn't so called APC, they looked into it with their depot and in the meantime as it was a failed delivery Coop and Huctches called and left a message to say the driver couldn't deliver due to a diversion and will be delivered soon. Got a call from APC to confirm and advised it will be redelived the following day.
Good all round, will be buying again.

So ordered from them and once it was put together I realised it was far to small for our rabbit even though it's states it's big enough for two medium rabbits. Make sure when buying from them you check out every bit of information on returns. I was told that to return this £50 would be taken off straight away for the cost of delivery that they paid. And then 25% when they received the item and checked it over and then you will have to pay returning costs so I would have only got some money back and not even half of what I paid. Hutch was easy to put together and would have been perfect if it was big enough

Purchased a rabbit /chicken coop arrived very badly damaged due to manufacturing i paid for fox proof mesh also but didn't get that
After contacting copsandhutches they were rude offered replacement I said no I've offered to send back they said no dispose of it myself I paid through klarna who are still continuing to take my money as this company is still lieing the company will not reply to any of my emails and said get klarna to deal with it
Klarna are saying the company themselves not co operating will never shop with this company again very unhappy with how I've been treated no need for it this been going on since September

Do NOT purchase from this company
The experience with the company themselves wasn’t bad, I placed an order it arrived.
I would say for the price the quality is quite flimsy and it took a little while to build. I paid extra for treated wood and fox proof wire.
This isn’t fox proof at all!!! Last night a fox completely pushed a wire panel in and half of my rabbit is left eaten in the garden for my daughter to see. Honestly incredibly disheartened. Purchased the XXL The Cottage With Large Run Chicken Coop for £303 at the end of April, the hutch and rabbit survived 7 months, a horrible way for the rabbit to die and what a waste of £300 I’m truly devastated and angry I can’t put it into words.

Rubbish customer service
I wish id read these reviews before buying from this company.
Had issues with delivery and customer service is non existent. Trying to complain, but no-one answers my emails. Coop not fit for purpose. Not even had it a year and it's falling apart. Trying to get a full refund, but they are making it very difficult. Has anyone else had this please?

Very rude customer service when things go wrong
I wish I had read more of these reviews before ordering. Actually the ordering process, dispatch and quality of the product was great. The issue came after I upgraded to 24 hour delivery. Unfortunately the firm they used did not deliver on time and was a day late after we chased them directly. So I thought it would be an easy process to ask for the delivery fee to be refunded as coops and hutches could claim back from the delivery firm. Coops and hutches refused in fact we’re just rude and when I explained - sending evidence - that in fact I was entitled to a refund they threatened me with legal action!! I have a large flock of chickens and was hoping to use them again - I won’t
