A wonderful Cornish birthday ale hamper for Dad! He’d enjoyed a holiday in Cornwall so was delighted to experience authentic Cornish delicious treats that he enjoyed with mum over a few days! Super happy with hamper, speed of service and free delivery! Will definitely recommend and be back for more!

my rating -5 star, having been sent a cream tea for my wife as a birthday gift, left on the doorstep in heatwave not impressed. The cream was out of date and a pot of jam was burst open. on complaining to the company the 1st response was "how would you rate us" a follow up complaint re- highlighting the problem , "how would you rate us", no apology or suggestion about complaint.
a further reply the same response suggesting they will pass me onto a human to reply, I await that response.
I further have to inform a family member who sent the birthday gift.03

My pasty and cream tea was fresh and tasty. It was a lovely surprise for my husband. The box was so sturdy, that we used it lole a picnic table!! Loved it...will buy again. Highly recommended!

I ordered the I Love You Pasty hamper as a gift. The recipients told me that the pasties were huge with lots of very tasty, tender meat inside. They were so full they had to keep the scones until the next day and found them to still be fresh. They were really impressed that there was also cream, jam and tea in the pack and will be ordering this themselves in the future

70th. Birthday Gift Box.
A cream tea for two, Two Cornish Pasties with 70 on them in pastry, Tea & Coffee. A very enjoyable gift for a special occasion. Usually arrive on the day requested.
We have sent quite a few different cream teas. Even the gluten free, which was very good.

I had to cancel my holiday in Cornwall on the night before I was due to go- broken wrist so couldn't drive. Next best thing - a fantastic Cornish Cream Tea hamper. Scones were huge and absolutely delicious. Accompaniments were perfect - jam, cream,cheese & olives, as well as tea & coffee. Perfection on a plate.

I ordered this for my dear hubby, 1/2 way to his next birthday! It arrived on time, beautifully packaged and we had a wonderful cream tea in our garden. Supper was sorted with tasty Cornish pasties! I was so impressed with everything that am going to place an order for my son in law!

I ordered the pasty and cream tea for four. It arrived on time and was thoroughly enjoyed the following day. I can’t fault it as it was all delicious and will definitely be ordering again.

Absolutely amazing service, the company went above and beyond to replace fantastic hamper that due to no fault of the company had been spoiled, the fault was with Royal Mail delivering 2 days late!
Communication via email was excellent and despite the company not being at fault they still replaced our delicious hamper.
Definitely would recommend them.

Ordered Sweet & Savoury hamper for delivery up to Scotland on the Saturday (ordered days in advance) Royal Mail tracking showed the hamper was stuck in Truro. Contacted Cornish Cream Teas to see what could be done. Rebecca replied that theyd probably deliver the following day (Sunday. Really??) but that if it was delivered after 48 hrs she'd send replacement.
The hamper finally arrived on the monday (tracking showed it had weekended in Edinburgh!) I asked my sister if the cream, cheese etc was edible. She said no, as there had been no cool box/ice cubes or anything. In this heat? Seriously??
Contacted Rebecca who said that shed already arranged for a replacement. I was pretty happy initially, as it had been Royal Mail's fault.
No replacement arrived the next day. Rebecca - who is clearly just a bot as the messages she was sending me were clearly not written by the same person - now said she'd have to refer it to someone else as my parcel had been delivered.
More emails back and forth and was again promised a replacement would be delivered on Thursday. Nothing arrived.
I suggest you do not use this company. Even if the goods DID arrive the next day, in this heat, without insulation, dairy products will be inedible.

I've waited before posting a bad review, to give them a chance to rectify, but clearly they do not care.

I was sent a Cornish cream tea as a Birthday gift from my Aunt. The box arrived well presented but unfortunately very warm delivery issue. They then sent out a further box after my Aunt contacted them. All that arrived the second time was two warm Pasty’s and a tub of warm clotted cream. I sent a picture to my Aunt what had arrived. I since found out that she’s out of pocket as they will not refund her money. Absolutely shocking service I would not recommend. I will do further investigation to see if I can help her get a refund on her behalf. T Davies

My pasty loving husband was very excited when this arrived! He was delighted. The pasties were very tasty and we enjoyed sharing them as well as the scones, jam and cream. These make a great gift. The ordering and delivery was all very efficient and everything arrived packed very well. I would definitely recommend them.

Easy to order & pay. Box came well packaged & on the stated day. Contents inside were lovely. Huge filled pasties were delicious. The soft fluffy scones are the best I've ever tasted. I will definitely be ordering again. Well worth the money.

Having purchased from Cornish Cream Teas before, and being thrilled with the products and service, I was excited to send another gift for a special Birthday. Sadly, this experience was not as my previous two experiences. The parcel arrived one day late, and the contents were warm to the touch (despite being packed in cooler bags) and, unfortunately, not safe to eat or indeed gift. This after sitting in a Royal Mail hub for over 24 hours. I explained the situation to a customer services representative ( I appreciate that Royal Mail let us both down) but asked if there was anything they could do to help - I was thrilled that the customer services representative explained that they would resend the 'perishable' goods. The hamper I originally ordered had pasties, scones, cream, jam & tea. The pasties and scones having to go in the bin, sadly. On receipt of the replaced goods, there were pasties and fresh cream only - when I questioned there were no scones, I was told that the scones were not classed as non-perishable! So does my friend put fresh clotted cream on her pasties? Based on how much 2 additional scones would have cost Cornish Cream Teas, and the cost of my order overall, you have now lost a returning customer, plus my friend has half a gift. I feel very sad writing this review, but it is important that you receive this feedback so that others are not left in the same position.

Delivered on time and same high quality as always

Ordered 6 Pasties, they arrived in vacuume sealed supposedly with ice packs inside, which had thawd out, and message not to freeze them.I had one for my evening meal. and woke up the following morning feeling out of sorts. I then went to some friends, and was violently sick. I have to point out that I had not eaten anything else other than a bacon sandwich for my breakfast on the morning before eating the Pastie. I threw the remaining 5 in the dustbin, and will certainly not recomend this product to anyone else.

Great service, great price, great product! If you enjoy Cornish pasties or a cream tea, these are a must for any celebration or just as a treat to oneself.

I found this company thanks to a Facebook advert. I paid £40 for the cream tea and cheese box. I received 4 pasties, 10 scones, lots of Jam, a wheel of cheese, two pots of clotted cream and various other things.

These were easily the best tasting pasties I have ever had and the scones were also far superior to anything you could find in a supermarket. I would definitely recommend trying this company out at least once, I'm already intending to buy two more boxes next month, one for my mum to try out and another one for myself.

Having said all this I'm not going to sugarcoat things either, there was one missing item from the box which Rebecca (customer services) has promised to include in a future order (I'll update my review and lower the stars I gave if they don't ha ha) and also the ice pack had split causing the box and internal packaging to become soggy, but I'm not going to remove any stars for these as nothing was damaged and these are probably just one off isolated incidents and it would be petty to penalise them for it.

Overall very impressive quality and taste.
