Cornish Cream Teas Opiniones 

Terrible all round.
We bought The Ultimate Cornish Pasty Hamper as a gift for my wife's elderly sister to share with her friends for her birthday. It didn't arrive until 6pm and the box had been opened and then sellotaped up again, which in itself was dodgy. Everything inside was wet and soggy (excuse given was that the ice pack had melted) and not worth risking, so it all went in the bin.
My sister-in-law emailed you herself (several times, and sent photos) so as not to trouble my wife. You told her that the box had been opened by you because something had been left out. So rather than put everything into a fresh box you just resealed the original packaging with sellotape.... why ?
You eventually sent her two pasties and one small cream as compensation. It's simply not good enough and we are all very disappointed.
I would not recommend your company and will not be using you again.

I first used this company Christmas 2025 ,for a friend's Christmas present something different and he loved it , he said it was absolutely beautiful and so different .So I decided to use them again for his birthday in July this time it was in the flavour of Bkackforest ,and he loved this as well it is always delivered on time and fresh as the day the scones where baked,I would recommend anyone to use this company they are so professional .

From packaging to delivery to consumption, unsurpassable in quality. Scones so fresh and pasties a meal in themselves. Recommend as a thank you gift for friends or family.

Was delivered for my husbands birthday and he was delighted with it. One of the scones fell apart but didn’t hamper the taste. Pasties were lovely and very filling. .

The pasties are so delicious and crammed full with meat and veg we absolutely love them, the scones and clotted cream are amazing such a treat, I have had a few hampers now and I have never been let down everything comes well packaged and delivered at a date and time that suits you, thank you to everyone at Cornish hampers you make our day that extra bit special

I was very pleased with my cream tea and Cornish pasties but i was very dissppointed thst they didnt arrive on the date specified. Arriving a day later spoilt my birthday and i was sad. Had they arrived on the day i would have given 5 stars. Sorry.

Couldn’t get to see my relative for his birthday due to unforeseen circumstances . Thankfully Cornish cream teas to the rescue ! Great to deal with a reliable company . Thank you .

I ordered the Cornish Cream Tea as an extended birthday treat for my sister & friends.
From the moment it arrived in the beautiful box, I was impressed.
My eyes opened wide & my taste buds went into "overdrive" when I saw the contents inside kept, cool by two coolbags.
We loved every bit of it & will certainly order again as it makes a novel present either for yourself or someone else!
Four huge pasties, scones with jam & clotted cream, shortbread & Cornish tea or coffee.
It was all so delicious & the table setting looked great.
Thanks for making my birthday so special.

Everything from Cornish pasties was amazing, delivery, presentation, and the food was lovely!the pasties were enough for two people and the scones were the best I’ve tasted..well done!

This company nail it every time. They provide a great product , but add fantastic customer service. Can highly recommend.

Fantastic - we’ve had a few boxes now and never had any issues and would highly recommend.

What do you buy for a couple who have everything ? A Cornish Tea .

Awful - the ice pack was warm, I got a leaflet telling me how to warm and eat a pasty but didn’t get a pasty (?) and the scone is like pre packed airplane food with a whole list of fake / chemical ingredients. Two sachets of tea and coffee, no sugar or milk etc. Absolute waste of money.

Delivery didn't factor in weather.

The delivery was spoiled due to spending 8 hours in high heat in a postal van. The scones were hot (clearly still fine to eat), but the cream was warm and separated/liquifying and the pasties were warm. All perishable items were discarded.

My complaint fell upon deaf ears at the company. They did not want to know.

Turned out to be four very expensive scones, with small pots of jam and 4 tea bags and 4 instant coffee sleeves.

Hopefully, they will implement new practices for shipping perishable food products during extreme weather.

Its a very easy site to navigate. Was kept updated & sent a tracking number so you can track your package.
The goods were superbly packed.
Great value for money & makes a great gift.

Bought for my Dad and he loved it!! The packaging was brilliant and kept everything in place . The pasties and scones were gorgeous!! Delivered exactly on time. Cannot tell you how happy I was ( made my dad’s day) Thank You! Would recommend 100%
