Easy to order. Delivery delayed with the last heatwave- excellent communication about this and it meant cream tea arrived in best condition.
Everything was delicious. A well received gift for family. Would buy again or a variation to try something else.

I initially messed up my delivery date, but Cornish Cream Teas put it right at once. Then it couldn't be delivered on the day as the weather was terribly hot. However, it was eventually delivered the next day & it was absolutely brilliant. Everything was as advertised & absolutely perfect. I certainly will be ordering again from this brilliant company.

I resisted leaving a review but keep being asked.
In my opinion, the level customer service (I eventually received) was poor, taking way to long to answer each email.
Rebecca, I suggest if you have so many issues that you are not able to respond more promptly, that you hire more staff OR BETTER YET, get things right the first time so there are less emails for you to try and contend with on your own.
(I eventually got a replacement but not on the day I was told it would be coming and obviously waaaaay after the occasion I originally bought it for).

And the fact that you ignore absolutely everybody here that has left you a review (good or bad) speaks volumes of your company.

Purchased Cornish Cream Tea as a birthday gift for my friend. She was over the moon with her present and said the scones, cream and jam were exceptional. The gift arrived on the morning of her birthday which was very pleasing. I have ordered a few of these Cream Teas as gifts now and every time, the quality is amazing and they always arrive on the preferred date. Maybe I should order one for myself next.......

Fathers Day pasty and cream tea box
I made a mistake when I ordered, and they sorted it straightaway in a friendly manner. The box arrived as arranged, by RM. I was a little apprehensive about the condition the contents would be in as it was very hot. I needn’t have worried, they were well packaged with an ice pack, arrived on perfect condition. A lot of thought has been put into the packing, and it works perfectly. It was a father’s day gift from the dogs…..they have saved up their ‘paw money’ so they had to have a bit too. Hubby said the pasty was full with good quality ingredients, he absolutely loved it. And we had to share the cream tea, of course. Scones were soft and tasty and went down well with the clotted cream and jam. All in all a top experience, can’t fault this company and will use them again. If you are reading reviews before you commit, based on our experience I don’t think you can go wrong

I ordered three Father’s Day gift boxes. The boxes arrived well packed and well presented. Each had a cool pack inside. The food itself was excellent quality and delicious.
We did have a problem with one package arriving to late to eat, however, the company communicated superbly well and resolved the problem in a speedy way delivering a brand new parcel on a date of my choice. You can’t ask for more than that. Highly recommended

Ordered a Father’s Day cream tea and pasty. Dad was delighted with the gift, tasty and enough to share with Mum. Good quality products and delivered on time. 2nd time of using Cornish Cream Teas and would definitely recommend for a treat/ present/ or surprise! Excellent 👌🏻

As always, your product should have been great...but this time, the postal service let you down! Because of the hot weather, you thoughtfully altered the date of delivery from Friday to Saturday to avoid the worst of it .....but you assumed that we had a Saturday delivery here....we don't! By the time I realised what you had done, it was too late to change anything so my lovely cream tea sat in the hot sorting office for the whole weekend until it finally arrived Monday afternoon...Not your fault but everything seemed a tad drier and not so tasty, in spite of the wee cold pack you so kindly included. Nothing was actually spoiled, it just didn't taste 12 out of 10 as usual!!!

Ordered the cheese scone cream tea for my mums birthday a little disappointing when she said they seemed a little stale - I know the weather has been really toasty hot so wondered if this was the case.

Beautiful cream teas and pasties. I bought one for my parents when they looked after our pets while we were in Cornwall. They liked it so much that I ordered one for myself for my birthday!

Easy to order and great to have choice of exact delivery date. Beautiful products and nicely presented. The pasties were huge and tasted delicious. The scones are fresh and still tasted as fresh a few days later. I have had this brought for myself and have gifted the same to four people. The boxes were well received! I would definitely recommend and I will be ordering again.

Sent out over a week late, after a lot of emails back and forth, crap communication from them and then the scones were tiny and deffo not worth the money would not order again

Ordered a Father’s Day bundle, it arrived warm in the heatwave and had to be thrown. They sent a replacement pasty after the peak of the heatwave, but it also arrived completely warm because they didn’t think to include extra ice packs. I’ve asked for a refund but they tried to say it was still edible, despite being warm meat, and have ignored my email reply. Not very impressed.

Had a problem with my original order getting lost somewhere in transit. Huge thanks to Rebecca who arranged a replacement hamper (at no cost to myself) to be sent on the day of my choosing which was duly received. Fantastic customer service, would highly recommend this company due to their willingness to investigate and sort out issues.

Products and quality as always excellent! On this occasion I had an issue with delivery (Royal Mail error) and after a lot of to ing and fro ing, issue eventually resolved by the company.
I considered 4 stars just from the hassle it’s taken to sort but didn’t feel that was fair to the company who replied to my emails quickly, and were reassuring about packing and quality of products.

I’d probably order again, (maybe for ourselves as I really want to try the pasties and scones I hear good feedback from) but maybe not for such a busy occasion when the postal service is under more strain?
