Can not fault the product they are fantastic any issues I have had they have been 1st class in resolving the issues.
Now the issues I do have is the courier who delivers these fantastic pasties.DpD have failed in the delivery on 3 occasions.
1. Box damaged and wet through and parties missing.
2. Order cancelled by them for no reason.
3. Last order I received my time slot and asked for it to be delivered to my neighbour right next door. I also put a note on front door stating please delivery to next door neighbour.
Did they ???? NO they took it and left it at my back door. Totally disregarded all of my instructions.
Phoned DPD and complained they are looking into this as its not acceptable.
Maybe they need to change couriers as I don't think I would order again if they are still going to use this company.

I ordered a cream tea for 2,bit disappointed, the scones were a bit dry which spoilt the tea for my wife and her mum.

The site crashed so I emailed to send a Message to the recipient but that never happened, all the emails come through to My niece when I actually bought the gift.

Included in the parcel was instructions for pasties but I never sent pasties!!!

They thought they had received the wrong parcel.

Ordered for delivery on 2/9/22, picked up by dpd on the 1st, and since 00.52 on the 2nd, they've been 'on route' to my local depot.Today is the 6th and they're still 'on route'.
On the plus side, the hamper store were quick with a full refund, but unfortuately, this was not accompanied by any form of an apology or explanation

My parcel was dispatched and delivered on time, very pleased.

The scones were dry and not nice to eat we eat them the day that they arrived.

Tasty product,well packed, fast delivery and great communication regarding my order.

Got this hamper as a thank you for my work team. Everyone loved them

Pasties arrived on time, pity the box had been thrown about as the ice bags had all burst inside it and covered the pasties which had burst out of the bags but i was assured the pasties were still ok, had one that night and tasted great. Will still order again 👍

Ordered on the 29th Aug arrived 2nd September packaging battered pasties bag clear one open in side silver foiledbag damaged inside half defrosted your leaflet soaked did phone to complain phone went to answer phone left message said you would get back to me un next 24 hrs haven't heard off youI didn't want to publicly slate the service as normally been very good in polystyrene package but if that's how they are going to arrive in future I won't be having anymore!

Very disappointed with delivery company all pasties arrived defrosted.

Good value for money with offer.
The delivery did not come in insulated package this time despite fresh clotted cream being included?
