Nice pasties; worth putting the oven on for! Mine turned up bashed, which was a bit annoying. They're quite expensive (though not compared to buying anything from the local chip shop or other take away) but nice to have as a treat, or as an easy dinner after a particularly challenging day.

Tip: Because on Pasty Arrival Day I'll be putting a couple in the oven, I crack an egg and milk, and glaze them all before freezing them, to save cracking an egg every time I put a couple in.

The constant 'this price drop is going to finish soon' is also annoying. It looks as if their website has a constant sale built in, like a furniture shop. Not my favourite thing, especially when they build up this false anxiety to Get Them NOW before the price goes back up to 'normal'. There's enough anxiety in life without being made anxious about getting pasties.

User friendly website. Easy to purchase and prompt delivery for elderly relatives who cannot walk well. Really made their day. They loved it. Will be purchasing again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Terrible experience, unable to unsubscribe from their emails, they have sold on my info and now I am getting multiple spam emails a day. I bought a product in January and still cannot get off their mailing list (now September).

As to the product I bought, it was good, not brilliant, and so I would not buy from there again. A super valentine's idea spoiled.

Tried over 20 times to unsubscribe from this companies mailing list but it never works.
Sent emails to two different addresses and still keep getting spammed !!!

Fix your unsubscribe process !!!

The courier wasn't great. Contact made with depot to report him.

Poor experience if you like to have junk mail sent to you this is the company for you.even though you request not to receive it. It shows that the product is not up to it as most decent companies do not need to operate this way.still they keep sending me junk mail AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Pasties arrived yesterday,box wet through and disintegrating.do not trust this firm as they will not answer phone and closed website down!!!

I placed an order for a cream tea Birthday hamper box - which is still advertised on their website - for my Grandmother's 83rd birthday. It allowed me to choose a delivery date so I chose the Saturday, 13th August, the day before her birthday. It never arrived and I had no communication at all from the company. Then on the 18th August after a few chase up emails I was finally informed that there was a supply issue (even though it's still available online) and that it was now resolved and would be delivered Tuesday (23rd August). Still nothing and still no word/comms from the company. I find this a VERY poor service. If an item is unavailable, then please remove it from your site. My grandmother knows her gift should be on its way and has been waiting since Saturday 13th August for its delivery. I'm incredibly disappointed in this company and would not recommend it under any circumstances if you expect a hamper to be delivered on time as a gift.

Delivered with box smashed and soaking. Refused delivery but then no response from the company despite several emails. No phone number at all. Total shambles, no customer service. Do not use

We were going to a large family gathering and we took a selection of 'proper' Cornish pasties as well as some cheese & onion and some vegetable pasties. I cooked them so that they were ready just before we left and took them with us to eat for our lunch. I had taken more than I thought we needed knowing that I'd likely have plenty of people who'd want to eat any left overs! People liked them so much that at least two asked for the details of your website, which I willingly gave them. They're ideal for just such a gathering as the meal is in one easily managed bundle! The pasties arrived a day late! totally defrosted.
What a mess! not sure whose fault it was.
I was refunded.This is the second time ive had problems with this company and delivery.

Just had one of the Gourmet Steak Pasties for my tea. Crikey . . . . huge and extremely tasty. A splash of HP brown sauce was just what it needed . . . . for me, anyway. 100% thoroughly recommend ANY pasties from this company. You will NOT be disappointed!

I ordered the pasties and cream tea box for my in laws a anniversary , when I received the confirmation email it said cream tea for 8 , I then sent 3 emails trying to get the order rectified, each and every email was ignored , there is no way of calling them either. Sadly I didn’t get the order changed and the pasties never arrived ! They did however have cream tea for 8 which I’m told was lovely, either way I’m really cross at the poor customer service the pasties were the important big for my father in law

Didn't get delivery til 48 hours later and all defrosted, box wet and misshapen. They said the delivery had been refused the day before, but they hadn't come here at all despite my giving the directions.

Had to report to bank as a fraud to get a refund and a new bank card ordered as part of the process

Complete disaster of a company

Would avoid at all costs
