All our styles have the same extra roomy fitting (6E for women and 3H for men) and can be adjusted to fit a range of swelling.

I’ve used this company for the last…

I’ve used this company for the last five years, firstly for my husband shoes. They have great customer services. Now I’m using them for shoes for me as I find it hard to find wider fit shoes. Once you have ordered they come pretty quick. I also like the fact that they enclose a returns label if you need it. Which allows you to exchange or get a refund.

I have still not received my order now received.

I have still not received my order. I was told that Cosyfeet contacted Royal mail and was told it had been delivered to a house with a black door. Were as our door is white. So it was miss delivered but we still have not been informed as to what is going to happen. the location map included with the picture show delivery to the close not our road. New owner of said house has only just moved in and no parcels were there. After letting cosyfeet about this miss delivery they replaced my order with a new delivery. This has arrived now and they are as good as expected the Royal mail only was at fault, and cosyfeet rectified royal mail's mistake a very good service.

Your advert has a doorbell in it

Your advert just played on ITV with a doorbell sound in it. My dog went crazy, I jumped off my sofa nearly injuring myself and our new born baby woke up and started crying,

Absolute lowest of the low, I have several products from CosyFeet and I have had to throw the all in the bin due to poor quality.I would have left it at that but now feel that I have to complain in the strongest possible way for CosyFeet to takedown their adverts that have doorbells in them!

It is easy to talk to someone on the phone to help you sort things out

I bought some shoes in May and really liked them but sent them back because I needed to go up half a size. I had the second pair back in 6 days which was great. I wore them and decided to get some more shoes I got 2 different pairs ready for the winter as I had 10% off if I ordered within 14 days. I did not realise that I would be exempt from the vat because I had Lymphoedema I thought that it applied to Health Professionals. I rang Cosy Feet up and spoke to a very nice lady who said yes I did not have to pay the Vat. She said if I sent the shoes back and filled in the form in the Cosy Feet Book and filled in the part to say I had Lymphoedema and signed it and then reordered the same shoes that Cosy Feet would refund the difference.I could not claim the Vat back on the first pair of shoes because I was already wearing them. In less than a week the shoes came back and a refund was going to be put back into my Bank Account.The lady I spoke to was so helpful and I could not believe how quickly the shoes came. I am really impressed and when my 3 pairs of shoes need replacing I will be ordering from Cosy Feet again. Thank you for being so quick and thankyou to the lady who helped me sort it out.

Perfect for swollen ankles!

Easy to order, very prompt delivery and we'll packaged.
The socks are good quality, very comfortable and as advertised they do not mark my ankles at all. Since wearing them my ankles have stopped swelling, so full marks all round.

THE BEST FIT

I ordered a pair of mollie in size 9 . They are superb, the opening allows you to put them on easily, they are deep so fit my swollen feet perfectly ( I use the extension straps)oh so comfortable. Looks smart with jeans ect. It's good to have shoes that not only fit ect but are modern, it gives you a spring in yor step. This is the 4th pair of different shoes or sandals I've had from cosy feet wouldn't think of shopping elsewhere. Great value for money . After sale service fantastic. What more can you ask for. Highly recommend the product and the company

Slippers

I purchased the slippers for my sister who has a bunion making it difficult to find a good fit. The Cosyfeet slippers fitted well and are very comfortable.

Didn't have the style of slipper that was requested, in the size required. Having been told on the telephone that it would be available at the end of January, it never did!

Outstanding Service

A pair of shoes I ordered were too tight - entirely my fault for ordering wrong size. I spoke to Jack who was friendly and very efficient. He arranged for the shoes to be collected by Royal Mail (who were also great) & 3 days later I received a new pair, different style and size that fit perfectly. I can recommend Cosyfeet 100% & 10 out of 10. Five Stars are really not enough
