Missing Jus from NYE celebration menu. Contacted customer service and I suggested I pick up from Cote restaurant nearby. Restaurant said they are too busy to help supply missing item. Will not be visiting restaurant again if that is their attitude.

Given the fact we were advised of a change of courier the day before delivery started ringing alarm bells.
Absolutely nothing to worry about our Christmas Day meal was delivered on the correct day and we were able to monitor the driver’s progress.
Driver was pleasant and polite.
The food we received was in our opinion spot on and enjoyed by all.
The way we were advised to cook the Turkey raised a few eyebrows but it was so tasty and has performed the usual boxing days duties perfectly.
Won’t hesitate to use Cote at Home again and I have nothing bad to say regarding the delivery process.

I would give zero stars if I could. Don’t ever use cote at home especially for a special occasion. Like others in here I booked the festive package for Christmas Day. I orders it for delivery on 22/12 so that if anything was wrong I could sort it out before the big day. It didn’t arrive. Called cote who said I would definitely get it in 24/12 and she would put it in their watch list and let me know if anything was going to be an issue, she didn’t. At 3:50 with no sign of delivery and no calls I again called cote only to be told my delivery wasn’t going to arrive FFS. It was Christmas Eve and I had a family of 4 to feed and no food.
I was offered a voucher, I don’t want t a voucher I want a Christmas meal !
I cannot get over the incredibly poor service from this company especially regarding such an important festive meal. Shame on you cote Shane in you

Having had excellent meals from Cote during lockdown the meal we had yesterday was very disappointing, the bœuf bourguignon was bland & had large amounts of fat.
I agree with other reviews that standards have fallen dramatically & won`t be ordering from Cote again.

I have been very disappointed our delivery did not arrive.
We have been at home all day and tracking the delivery Fod said they would come between 11.49 and 12.49 then it said it was running late. Now 4.30 and it says it has been returned to the depot. Leaving us no food for today which was a special occasion. We were here and the closest they got to us on the tracking g was 1 mile away. Not a good experience. When will it come now I wonder?

My wife and I always enjoy meals at Cote Basingstoke. Service was as always excellent. Staff were attentive. They also checked with us regularly during our meal.

I'm horrified by the CatH offering now available. This appears NOT to care one bit for loyal CatH customers and only serve party boxes to the ultra rich.
This is a brand going wrong. Get your old menu and offerings back asa please. Thank you

Lack of options for GF and just in general. I have 2 coeliacs in the family who loved the chocolate fondant.
It was an excellent treat in lockdown and don't have a restaurant near us either so at home was a great option. The lack of options now means that we won't be buying anytime soon which is a shame

Although this was a disaster Cote have since given me a full refund, but I still wish they would go back to selling the old menu.
I was interested to see that so many people agree with my wife and I who have been so disappointed that Cote are no longer providing meals which people loved and want , rather than a very narrow choice of boxes.
For our Diamond Wedding Anniversary celebrations ( we are still isolating) I ordered a beef Wellington which arrived sodden in juice with the pastry all torn, you can imagine that it tasted awful and it cost £75 ! A massive disappointment ; unless they return to the original menus I most certainly will not be using them again.

I am incredibly disappointed to see how limited the choices for starters, main and sides now are. I have ordered from the home service numerous times and have always been very happy with the service and the quality of the food. Unfortunately with the choice now available I’m not sure I will be ordering again soon. I hope you increase the selection available but I’m afraid I won’t be using this service anytime soon

Just completed our first Cotes at Home "Date Night" experience. We had the lobster thermidor option.
Absolutely perfect - well done. The box arrived exactly on schedule, packing and cooling was superb so everything was fresh and in good condition. The instructions were brilliant - simple, clear and coordinated with other dishes, and the food was delicious. For example, the thermidor sauce was mild which complemented the generous portion of lobster perfectly.
We will definitely order again for future special occasions and thank you again.
PS - we have absolutely no attachments or associations with the company.

I have just gone to order a meal bitterly disappointed in the reduced selection, I have ordered a lot over lockdown and afterwards. It was such a treat I recommended your Cote at home to many friends, I afraid you have lost me, please reconsider your menu’s and I’ll be back!

Disappointing, the menu has dramatically changed and shrunk since last time I ordered as Cote have had to refocus on their restaurants, now things have opened up again since COVID lockdowns. Tasty soups, mackerel pates, interesting fish pies, all gone, leaving a limiter menu. Cote at Home used to be a real treat, but is not so interesting for me now. I look forward to possible change in the future and a return to the fuller offerings!

Like so many others, completely underwhelmed by the changes Côte at Home have made to the menu options. Boxes with very limited choice, old favourites gone completely and no vegetarian or vegan main options. It is not practical for a family, with very different tastes, receive a meal we would all enjoy. I was given a £50 voucher for my birthday and wanted to order for this weekend. We will not be ordering again until this changes. From a previously happy, regular customer.

I agree with previous reviews expressing disappointment at the new range of boxes. We also bought from Cote at home during lockdown and treated family and friends to deliveries. It was especially useful to be able to order for self catering breaks.
My partner is a coeliac and we were able to order a variety of dishes to suit him.
Unfortunately none of the new boxes are gluten free so we will not be ordering again. We will also no longer be dining in the restaurants as this revision of the at home range has tainted our feelings about the whole brand

Treacherous letdown by delivery team - despite answering the door within 60-seconds, the delivery team had scarpered. Not only does that the box was left on the doorstep for anyone to steal, but WORSE we two 90-year olds could not pick up the heavy 5kg box. Had to call neighbours

Ordered the steak date night Cote at home as a treat for a special occasion. We have ordered from here before, during lockdown - the food was then delicious and was worth the money as a treat. Sadly, things seem to have gone downhill since then. The 'frites' tasted like frozen supermarket chips and the spinach side was inedible. For the £70 price tag it was totally disappointing - we could have had a better and cheaper meal elsewhere that we hadn't had to cook ourselves.
