Cote at Home: My fresh seafood order was delivered to the wrong address and only discovered by a keen-eyed neighbour once the ice-packs had completely melted. After some delay, Cote at Home have now offered a refund and a gift voucher. I am pleased to accept, but feel it shouldn't have taken so long to deal with my earlier enquiry.

We have used Cote at Home several times, always good. This time, there was a problem!
Hats off to Cote, they dealt with it professionally, fairly, and kindly. We all left satisfied. Very happy with the responses I received, and have to say, my concern was about the delivery not the goods.

Incredible! Excellent quality, generous portions and extremely tasty. Box turned up on time, and was packaged to an incredibly high standard. Instructions were easy to follow, and the food was of the highest standard. Food tasted amazing. Honestly can't fault this, and would recommend for any special occasion!

As always quality is OK but unlike other boxes this is very small portions most items for 2 people. Have ordered from Cote at Home and Cote Brassiere since it started but this is the worst box I have ever bought.

I ordered the Vegetarian Christmas dinner for Christmas day
The contents were absolutely vile. The cabbage and butternut squash tart were unbearably sweet and foul tasting to the point where my dad sadly threw up ruining our Christmas.
The recipe instructions were also misleading as it didn't remind me to cook the carrots for 20 minutes which meant many were burnt. The ends of the carrots hadn't been removed either and my dad had to cut the ends off!
Finally far too much cabbage for two people and the potatoes were horribly fatty.

The food was delicious, the portions were very generous. The instructions were easy to follow and I will definitely get the same meal next year. Incredible value for money. Thank you

My elderly Mum was given a gift voucher for cote Christmas 2023, various reasons mean we haven't got there. Whilst checking the T&Cs I noticed we could use them on Cote at home. We ordered a meal for two, garlic bread, fish pie, and frangipane. And what a treat it was. Delivery was perfect, well packed, on time and the recycling information was welcome. The food itself was awesome, the portion sizes are large and we could have fed ourselves twice over, the quality was excellent and we had a lovely evening enjoying the food of Cote even though we can't currently get to our local restaurant. I thoroughly recommend the service. The only very minor and insignificant thing is that the garlic peas had no heating instructions so I had to Google. Will definitely use again.

After a very disappointing failed delivery, replacement was sent. This time very efficient delivery, food packaging was excellent, food quality was great. After this experience would cetainly use Cote at home again.

I'm sick and tired of receiving deliveries by Cote's nominated carrier, DPD, where the instructions on the box are ignored. There is a distinctive label on the box showing THIS WAY UP. but it has been ignored so many times, I'm now convinced that DPD purposely defy the instruction. It has happened too many times now. As the contents often contain sauces, and other "runny" ingredients, this often results in spillage. This is the last time I shall order from Cote for home delivery!

The container containing poulet grille had burst in the package of food and contaminated all the rest of the contents. We didn't feel confident in eating anything as the packaging was covered in grey slime. I took photos of the contents and have shared them with Cote customer service. They have offered a refund of £24.95 out of my total spend of £45.35. We didn't get our birthday dinner and I am leftover £20 out of pocket. Disgusted with the service of a company I have used many times and enjoy

We love Cote at Home ! I have been unwell and not able to get out easily to restaurants . We have had Cote at Home meals three times over the last few months and have been delighted with the delivery ,food quality and ease of preparation . The wines have been excellent too.

Ordered a special meal for New Year’s Eve. It arrived with all the liquid from the crème caramel dessert drained out over the rest of the food packages as a) the deliverer left the box on its side and b) the lids to the dessert containers were not fitted tightly.
Offered a refund for the desserts.
Will not use again.
Completely useless call centre (Julietta) apparently a line manager. Unable to understand English should not be in the position let alone allowed to answer a phone. Lied to me twice during a call. Better companies in the Uk doing home deliveries this Christmas
I ordered a Cote voucher for a friend for her 50th wedding Anniversary: £90 plus £3.50 for Royal Mail 1st class post, quoted by Cote as taking 1-2 days.
I sent it Friday Sept 1; it did not go on Saturday Sept 2, but on the following Monday Sept 4. Today is Wednesday Sept 6 and the voucher has still not arrived. I have rung up Cote and been told that the card should reach my friend on Thursday Sept 7 or Friday Sept 8.
Cote does not keep a record once the card has gone to Royal Mail. The Cote person said that Cote had discharged its duty and had nothing to do with the speed of delivery. She gave me the Royal Mail customer service number, but it emerges that Royal Mail do not keep any track on standard mail either.
so just to advise you all: if you want the voucher to arrive on time, send it several days too early. You have no power over what happens.
I cannot comment on the advantage of using the Cote special mail delivery option, but that is probably a wise move. I naively believed it would all run smoothly.

Overall very satisfied with customer service and quality of food. First box had insufficient ice packs to keep cool in hot August and damaged items. I think box is too large so brittle plastic trays move around and become damaged. Classics menu fab. Cheese soufflé delicious, duck leg and pea puree wonderful, pud delicious too. Please bring back this menu and more variety. Will definitely order again. I like to keep a couple of sachets of the excellent peppercorn sauce in my freezer too. The creme caramels are a real treat too. Also makes great gifts for friends and family.

I ordered a birthday meal for my 88 year old father in the UK. I ordered online from the USA. My father was thrilled; the order arrived on time; the packaging was substantial; all the food was fresh and oven ready where applicable. He said that it was amazing, good taste, quality, quantity - everything. I will use this service again. He was particularly impressed with the cake which he said was 4 layers. Great experience. I was a bit nervous; the reviews were good but still.....I am pleased to say that there were no disappointments and I was pleased to be able to get my father a birthday meal. Thank you

Ordered the Côte Classics duck confit 3 course menu for a birthday meal.
The soufflé starter is good; the duck confit and pea purée good; the potatoes disappointing; the ‘financier’ ok but dry. Didn’t order their wine because we had a good bottle at home.
All in all, quite good.

Ordered online for a birthday treat. Very surprised to receive an email from DPD to say, order cancelled and to contact Cote. Not sure what happened as order was delivered on time.
Can I just say, this food was outstanding. I ordered the Poulet Breton Set Menu. Thinking that £29:95 was to cheap for one, I ordered 2. Wow! How much food!!! For £29:95 for two people, it's outstanding value. Given the amount of food, we invited the parents around to join in with the birthday meal. The food was stunning. The Creme Caramel was gorgeous. Thank you so much for this. I'll definitely purchase again and will recommend you to friends and family.

Waited at home all day for a delivery. I tracked the order and it said out for delivery. The time kept being put back and then suddenly about 6pm it said order refused. It never arrived at out House leave alone being refused. Totally disappointing. Spent £90 on the lobster date night. There is no one to contact out of hours. This was a special meal for a friend about to go into surgery.

Yet another great home delivery. We are two good eaters and ordered a meal for four expecting a good feed and some leftovers. Instead we had two stonking great meals where everything was delicious, and we are feeling stuffed. We’ve ordered Cote boxes for ourselves and as gifts and have never been disappointed. Great food and great delivery. Thanks to everyone involved.
