Absolutely fantastic service!
I bought a hat for Christmas and it unfortunately we missing in transit, but Nicky could not have been more helpful! They sent out a replacement ASAP and it arrived the next day. The hat itself if absolutely gorgeous and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Just excellent service and excellent quality!

A massively negative experience ...
I was given a gift voucher for my birthday which was a lovely idea. Unfortunately all the hats I picked out were out of stock in a medium. The only alternatives offered by the company were considerably more expensive. To be candid they were, in a polite way, really, unhelpful. It should have been a lovely gift. It has turned out to be a massively negative experience ....

This customer wanted a size in 3 styles which were out of stock as they were delayed arriving from Australia due to Covid. Customer was advised they were due in this week and we also offered other alternatives (some cheaper and some more expensive). We offered to refund the voucher and tried our best to assist. We really couldn't have done any more. Unfortunately it's impossible to keep every thing in stock especially during a pandemic. This was completely out of our hands. Sorry it didn't work out on this occasion.

Great experience
I was looking for cowboy hat and the google search found me Cotswold Country Hats. I’ve ordered in two sizes to try. Hats arrived in 48 h. They very well packed. I’ve chosen one and sent other one back. Hat arrived very quick and I’ve received instant refund. I am really happy with my purchase. The hat is very well made, I had many compliments. I love this hat.

Beautiful quality
I was looking for a fedora hat and google brought up Cotswold Country Hats. They had a huge choice and the website has a feel of good quality. I also bought a birdcage umbrella from them. I’m very happy with the quality of both items and the service I received. I will definitely be ordering more fedoras in different colours

Beautiful Fedora Hat
I stumbled across Cotswold Hats on the internet looking for a navy fedora.
I ordered the Navy with Grey Velvet Band and Feather Pin at a fraction of the cost from anywhere else on the internet, i must admit it was a gamble and didn't hold much hope regarding the quality.
My order arrived today and WOW its beautiful, the quality is fantastic 100% wool and the stylish grey band and feather really make this hat...
LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!

Won't hesitate to use this company again.
I'd been looking for a certain umbrella on the internet. Ebay, amazon etc produced variations of the model - some older, some dubious but all a good £10 more than Cotswold. When i read that p&p was free, I almost thought it were too good to be true but the umbrella arrived - really well packaged - the next day. Very impressive.
100% efficient and superbly competitive pricing. A real breath of fresh air!
