Cottonbird helped us with getting a very specific design and it was worth the entire journey. The cards are high quality and tenderly crafted. Highly recommend - a special shout out to Eva who helped us and was an amazing problem solver.

Delays, hidden custom fees, lack of responsiveness and stressful

My order arrived on time, but there are multiple faults and I'm panicking a little! We are flying out to Italy in less than a week for our wedding so we need these to arrive corrected as soon as possible - but after days of emailing (as there's no number to call) - I've still heard nothing back.

3 names are missing from the place cards we ordered. We received doubles of most of the ones that have arrived - but they all look like they were cut out of different shades of card so they do not match.

On our Order of Service Fans - The gold foil design doesn't look like the correct design, and it's been placed incorrectly. Where it's meant to appear below our initials on the front of the design - it's on the seam. This has led to another issue: the gold foil on the back of the order of service fan is blocking some of the important details on the back of the design.

I am obviously super concerned about this now arriving in time for our wedding, and the lack of quality control for a wedding print service. I've tried emailing but have heard nothing back. These are faults that I'm sure would have been obvious given how nicely everything was wrapped in tissue paper, and yet they were still sent out.

I'm close to accepting I won't hear back, receive the wedding stationary as ordered and corrected (leaving me without for my wedding), or my money back. I don't know what else to do apart from write a review and hope no one else gets this treatment.

You can tell Cottonbird has a French background based on the soft, delicate and elegant options. As soon as I found them, I knew that’s where we would get our wedding stationery, the only difficulty was picking what design.
The website was so easy to use and the whole ordering process was smooth and quick!
We had so many compliments about our invitations and I know I’m biased but they are the nicest I’ve seen.

Very disappointed with the service. I ordered wedding invitations. The packaging was very poor, they did not put them in plastic. The box got wet during the transportation, and all wedding invitations became disfigured as a result of the moist. We could not use the invitations.

In addition, the envelopes that accompanied the invitations turned out to be too small to fit the wedding invitations. You could hardly fit the invites inside. Very poor design. Someone just did not bother to check. Would not order from them again and would not recommend them to others.

In addition, the order arrived later than the committed date. Overall experience is not positive.

Update 29 April 2023: following this review, Cotton Bird responded. They have processed the full refund for the order.

This company should win a Nobel prize for quality of their products. I didn't expect much, but what arrived was beyond words. The style and the quality of the invites, sleeves and the envelopes are something that is difficult to find elsewhere. The only issue is when creating own designs, which takes ages and the website isn't user friendly, but the end product was worth the pain.
I would give them 10* if I could!

After a long search for the perfect 'Save the Date' cards we came across Cotton Birds website.
We really felt their designs were heads above the others that I had seen, plus their ranges vast and really unique.

We ordered our save the dates, as well as some personalised stickers, and they arrived 5 working days later. The quality of the paper, and the print is outstanding, and they even gave us more stickers than we requested, which was very much appreciated.

We cannot wait to order our Wedding invites soon, as well as other great items in the range like favour boxes, and confetti cones.
