We are sorry you feel this way, however, this order was initially place on 9th July. Delivered on 12th July. You then returned to us and today (21st) we have sent a replacement at our expense. The 3 star rating is therefore a little harsh given the quick turnaround and new delivery with out cost to you.

Poor communication and expensive postage for 2 week wait
Ordered a tie for my dad- the quality was great, however service from this company leaves a lot to be desired and I wouldn’t order from here again.
There were no postage options - just a straight £6 charge. I received confirmation of my order and after 10 days of no other communication, I left 3 voicemails over 3 days. Call never returned, I started wondering if the company actually existed.
Eventually 14 days after I ordered it I got a mail saying it had been dispatched.
Not acceptable for such expensive postage and no communication.

Sorry for your disappointment. The postage reflects the Track24 service we use £4.58 + VAT. On top of that we have the packaging and staffing cost. We could use lower cost means to send but, in our experience, having an untracked service leads to loss. We do not make a profit from postage and packing. Of course we are sorry for the long lead time. We had been waiting for the ties to arrive.

Unfortunately Royal Mail lost one half of your delivery and then time was lost in responding to you following an unfortunate and serious incident at a local school where our MD's son works.
