Took weeks for order to arrive and it came in 3 separate orders and again like many other reviews say the clearly don’t have products in stock that they are advertising they spend to much time trying to to advertise products on social media and clearly just want to look after social media influencer instead of actually getting clients actual orders completed

If I could give zero stars I would . Placed an order early Dec for my nephew for Christmas present . It didn’t arrive until January 14th over 5 weeks waiting . The customer service is so bad . I will never order from here again . Save yourself the stress and order elsewhere .

Poor .. a few bad experiences with the length 2 to 3 weeks from order to delivery in late 2025.. made an order before xmas 25.. had to made inquiries about where the order is a few days ago.. turns out they made a mistake on the website and the product is not even available.. had to get it somewhere else

From start to finish is was great.Coming from Ireland it was very quickly dispatched and delivered.The TEGERA gloves fit a treat and are comfortable without being bulky.They are superbly waterproof and warm.
Overall a deserved Five stars for both product and Company.

Ordered something on December 1st, followed up last week - awful customer service response. Had to follow up a second time this week and was told the item was stuck in customs so they don’t even have stock in Ireland. Item was for a Christmas gift - 3 weeks wasted when I could have went elsewhere for a Christmas gift, a few days before Christmas.

I ordered an electric ride-on car for my child for Christmas from Country Farm Supplies. The colour I originally chose was out of stock, but I was contacted straight away and offered the black version instead. The communication was so quick and helpful, which I really appreciated.

I’ll be honest — after seeing some negative Trustpilot reviews, I panicked and reached out to check on my order. The seller replied immediately, reassured me, and confirmed the package would be with me the next day. He also explained that they deal with over 700 orders a week, but unfortunately people often only post the bad experiences. That really put things into perspective.

The delivery company they use was also top class. The driver even rang me before arriving to make sure my child wasn’t home so the Christmas surprise wouldn’t be ruined — such a thoughtful touch!

Overall, I had a brilliant experience. Great communication, fast delivery, and fantastic customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Country Farm Supplies again.

Very disappointed, they took my order and my money and I’m waiting, eventually got an email cancelling the order with no explanation just returning my money.
Don’t understand why they took the money if they didn’t have the stock reputable companies take the money when the order is ready to ship in short a shower of chancers..

Had to give them one star as wouldn’t let me give them nothing my parcel was delivered to wrong address customer service is shocking ignoring messages still waiting for replacement or refund stay well clear of this company shocking behaviour

Have placed multiple orders over the past few years & every single time the orders have had to be chased up after a week. They never let you know an item is out of stock or that there will be any delay. I stupidly placed another order over a week ago which still hasn't arrived & this time they cannot be bothered to answer calls, emails or social media messages. Don't waste your time ordering from them if you actually want your items

We purchased an expensive hot water shower (€380) from them last November. We had to chase them for an adaptor after the wrong one was sent out initially - got little or no apology. The heater was unreliable, took ages to regulate, and sometimes didn't fire at all. It eventually stopped working altogether in July. Due to it being showing season for our horses we had to buy another one from a different company in a hurry that same week. It's a much better shower.
I sent the faulty one back to them a month ago and haven't heard a word since. Sadly, judging by other reviews, it seems to be fairly standard practice..

Item hasn't arrived and no response from customer service.

Fraudulent. Advertised a product with a lovely photo. What I received was 100% inferior and useless and they will NOT answer emails from any email address I can find.

Bought Lambfoot knives from them.
Quality more awful than awful.

Poor. Sent me the wrong item that arrived after literally weeks of waiting, have tried to contact them but don’t get any response via any means.

Ordered children’s boots on 12th of March. Boots came out after a long delivery time in 2 wrong sizes. 1 size 11 and 1 size 2.
I rang on 28th of March and got speaking to someone who told me to send her a picture of the said boots.
I did all that and I have had zero correspondence since.
Very disappointing service

I placed an order online on 25th Sept 2024 with Country Farm Supplies. Understanding that this was around the time of the National Ploughing Championships, as they mentioned in my order confirmation, I understood there may be some delay.

It wasn’t until the 31st Oct that my order was handed over to the courier for delivery. On 8th Nov I was notified that the order was being held by the courier GLS, I did not know the reason why at the time. A few days later I arranged to collect the package from the couriers depot, which was an 45min drive from where I live. There I was told my package was not in this depot, but in Dublin, being held, this after receiving confirmation it was at the local depot. I immediately contacted CFS to inform them and they assured me they would look into it from their side and resolve the issue. I never heard back from them. On 20th Nov I contacted CFS again to see what the issue was. No response. In the meantime I learned from the courier the reason for the withholding of my package and was left with the option of driving to Dublin and collecting myself or calling CFS and have them send someone to collect. Either way the couriers had given up on my package and would do nothing more. I passed on this information to CFS.

To this day despite my emails and phone calls I have had no response from CFS regarding my issue, I have been left out of pocket and without the products I ordered. Without doubt the worst experience I have had as a purchasing customer anywhere. As frustrated as I am with CFS, I believe they are not alone as GLS have withheld my package as it violates their terms and conditions and will do nothing to accommodate delivery or return to the seller. My hope is that this will get the attention of CFS and that I will be reimbursed for this fiasco.

I purchased boots from the website. The items never shipped. When I contacted them they told me the items were never in stock, so I should not have been able to purchase them. When I asked them to remove me from their mailing list they told me to unsubcribe myself. Really poor experience from start to finish. I would not recommened.
