They were discontinuing the gloves i had ordered and rang me with an alternative make of glove which were an improvement on what I had ordered very helpful and a great company

Ordered three items
Ordered three items: Sticks, Minerals and Body warmer.
Sticks and minerals A1. Delivery was quick with no issues.
Body warmer was too large for me and company wouldn’t facilitate an exchange or credit note which was disappointing.

An unbelievable service! Am blown away by such efficiency, promptness and courtesy.
In an era where it's so difficult to get an operator at the end of a phone, I never waited for more than a few "rings" and when, on the one occasion it occured, I got a call back immediately. Could write a chapter on the positives of my dealings with this company

Always received excellent service anytime I’ve ordered.
Needed some advice on a more technical product and the team were very knowledgable and answered my questions throughly. Next day delivery also a massive bonus.

Happy with products and service
Ordered some grooming products (clippers and a few other bits on sale) and was really happy with them. Rang them as I had a few questions about the products and Lisa was very helpful - free delivery and the products came next day, would definitely recommend 👍🏻
