Useless
The customer service rep (Jackie) was fantastic! VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. The service it's self S.U.C.K, First of all it did not have the information that I was seeking. Yet you want to charge before hand. You already know that you might not have the info, so why would anyone need or pay for your service if you cannot provide them with what they need?

My phone came up missing about 9 months ago I didn't have any information on this account so I was paying for it but couldn't use it.
