Efficiency / effectiveness
Our order for a white metal bed arrived in a very poor package for the heavy product inside. It was well taped up with sellotape, so better packaging required. On opening up the package to check contents the bolts nuts and caps were not in the consignment to assemble the bed. On email contact ( no telephone numbers available) which was to check where they may have been put, a slow response was received indicated that they were unable to send a replacement pack as they have no stock.If you are a able to source the required parts we will reimburse you the costs.Eventually managed to source materials that would do a job in assembling the bed, with receipts copied and submitted. Furthermore a message received the next day indicated that they could arrange a collection and replacement ( which indicates that further stock was available and therefore could have recovered from the stock held the assembly pack and sent by priority to assemble the bed since received by the weekend when the bed was needed) Apologies have been received from the Customer Experience team but overall the efficiency and effectiveness of the supplier along with the manufacturer (packaging standard) needs to really
improve for a better experience.

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with! Good value for money, the bed has stood the test of time for 3 years for my son. I recently emailed them as I’ve had to move, and have lost the assembly instructions. The customer care came back to me in less than 5 minutes with the respective PDF instructions. Great service

DON'T BUY
Bought the Beaumont Pink Velvet Storage Fabric Bed for my daughter's room, in the hope of having the storage space underneath but with the weight of the mattress on the base, it was more or less impossible to lift! Plus the weight of the mattress was making the base sink in the middle where it joined with 2 hinges (not very sturdy).
Asked for a refund as description on website incorrect with it being advertised as a "storage bed" when this is not correct. They asked for me to return the bed at my own expense (it would cost around £500 to return - more than the bed cost in the first place!)
A very unhappy and disappointed customer - never again.

Lovely company to deal with
Purchased a bed in 2022 - hunter kids bunk bed - and have had it since. I recently dismantled it to re-build once moved, as the bed is made out of solid wood it came down very easily with no issues. The bed has lasted my daughter many years, and many more to come! I contacted crazy beds to try locate an assembly manual, as it had disappeared from their website, and a lovely customer service assistant - Hannah - was able to promptly help me and send the assembly instructions.

Where to start- terrible service
Where to start? Frame delivered before agreed date, when I was not at the property (having been assured they wouldn't do that when I chased for confirmation of the order and delivery date - neither of which ever came). Went to my new house today to be greeted by angry neighbour -the idiot delivery driver had literally lent it leaning against his solid wood front door (no window). So when he opened the door, my bed literally fell on him. If it had rained, it would have all got soaked. No confirmation that it was delivered either. Thanks for ensuring I got a horrible intro to my new home, as if the move wasn't stressful enough. Now my new neighbour is angry with me, brilliant. Aaand the slats provided are for a single bed, not the double frame I ordered. Haven't opened the frame yet so let's hope that's right at least. Would strongly NOT recommend this company if you want great customer support to keep you updated - you won't get it here!

Our frame was wonderful but had a small issue with our mattress.
We had help straight away and the issue was sorted within a few hours or getting in touch.

Excellent service - I Had a little blip with the order (mattress out of stock but allowed me to purchase with the bed) however my email query was picked up quickly and dealt with by Hannah - who essentially managed to get the bed with a different mattress delivered and price difference refunded within 24 hours!
The bed looks great - a few little snags while putting together (screw holes with fabric or sawdust in / slightly misaligned hole in one place) but nothing major and considering the price of the bed I can’t complain - end result is just as per the picture & is solid / comfy so no complaints here. Great value & great service, thanks!

Great company. I order the wrong bed so followed the returns procedure which was well explained. Have a web chat with the advisor Hannah a few days later she was brilliant arranged for the correct bed to be sent rather then waiting for a refund to reorder. Bed has now now arrived and is good quality. I have a very happy daughter.

Ordered double bed 3 weeks ago
Ordered double bed 3 weeks ago, was given 2 delivery dates by 2 different delivery companies an took time off from work but no deliveries, Hannah advised my daughters bed would be delivered today but on XDP app just says no dates available- no faith in this bed arriving and will be contacting trading standards!! Do not purchase from this company

Follow on. I received ONE bed Not the TWO beds I ordered gosh no.
When asking about it why I only received one bed they came back and said it's been delivered with a picture of me and one bed. To my reply as you can see that just the one where is the second bed?
Really really bad communication In the sense broken replys, no real information. No contact number, even at request of asking for a number or for someone call me to discuss. Now I have to waste time trying to contact and get a reply on where the second bed is that I paid for.. or seek a refund if they cannot. Absolutely livid and disappointed. Not small amount of money eaither. Clearly this company is very hit and miss. But just isn't worth it if this is how they treat customers and lack of communication.
Will be going to trading standards if this isn't resolved.
