Worst experience ever

I’m usually not the type to say anything harsh, but this site’s behavior really pushed me to speak up. Honestly, it feels super shady and not legit at all.

Like, don’t even bother buying anything here—you’ll regret it.
I’ve been waiting for my product for 3 months now, and they’re just pushing it “to the future.” If it’s gonna take that long, they should be upfront about it on the site, but they’re not. Seriously, stay far, far away from this place.

First I received a damaged and different product without accessories and remote control. But later on they returned it and sent actual order. Finally after 20 days I received actual product.

It’s a nightmare to customer but, finally happy with product. They should be accountable and responsible for each order. Service and customer support is very very poor. Suggested to improve a lot after sales service

I placed an order on Crazy RC and…

I placed an order on Crazy RC and received only one email stating that my order was confirmed and on its way. Since then, I have received no updates, no tracking ID, and no response to any of my emails.
I also tried contacting the phone numbers provided on the website. One number appears to be non-existent, while the other connects to an automated voice system. When selecting the option to speak with a customer executive, it repeatedly says that no representatives are available.
As a customer, this has been a very frustrating experience. The lack of communication and support raises serious concerns about the professionalism and reliability of this website.
I am willing to wait a few more days for an update regarding my order. However, if I continue to receive no response, I will have no option but to report the matter to the Cyber Crime Portal and explore other legal remedies, including a dispute with my bank. I also find it difficult to trust the positive reviews displayed online given my experience so far. While I cannot verify their authenticity, the lack of communication and customer support makes me question whether those reviews accurately reflect the experience of real customers.
This is hard-earned money, and customers deserve transparency, communication, and proper support

Your order (#1907) for the MNRC MN82 was placed on June 10th and was successfully delivered to you on June 17th, The package itself was picked on the same day as it was ordered. As per our shipping policy, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Factoring in the weekend, your package arrived exactly on time within that 5-business-day window.

Took 5 months to deliver the product

Ordered confirmed on Jan 31st. Receiving the item in June .
Very rare update after repeated follow ups. No one picks up the phone also no update on email.

Unexpectedly good

Initially there was a misunderstanding regarding the type of order i placed. I ordered an instock category mn82, but their initial response was the order is at their international warehouse. But after a clarification, the order got shipped on the same day. The order reached within 3 days to Bhopal. The reason to smile more during the unboxing, they included a metal shaft drive also inside the package even though i didn't order that. I saw alot bad reviews about them. But for my case, i didn't found any bad thing.

No customer service. Worst experience.

I ordered a battery and charger. They sent only the battery. They don't respond to emails, calls, WhatsApp messages... There is no way to contact them.
Due to this kind of bad customer support, I have a doubt that CrazyRC will be able to continue the business. Such experience makes a customer like me to stay away from such sellers.

Worst site

I placed an order for MN99S and completed full payment via UPI. It has been several days with no dispatch update, no tracking number, and no proper response to calls or messages. The contact number is not answering, and there is no clear communication from the company.

This is very unprofessional for an online store. Customers deserve transparency, tracking details, and basic support after making payment.

Until I receive proper response or refund, I cannot recommend this website to anyone. Please improve your customer service and provide timely updates.
