Buyers beware -looks to be a scam
Purchased a product over a month ago. no order confirmation email. sent them multiple emails for details no response. Finally reached them at their whatsapp number. After multiple back and forth told me the order was returned back to them as I did not answer the delivery guys call. No proof of attempted delivery and no accountability. Asked them to send the product again if this is the case or issue a refund. They haven't done either. Absolute shit customer services. Seems to be a scam. Avoid buying

Defective product and pathetic customer service
The product has 3-4 broken parts else the functioning seems to be good. The customer service is very very slow and at times takes days to reply to your queries irrespective if your query is urgent or not..

Zero customer service, very late delivery, decent product
If only there was a zero rating. After multiple follow ups from multiple numbers with customer service team and 1 response, received this product finally after 83 days. There was one rare day, they decided to respond where they fake promised to send complimentary product which also is not received.
Solid product though. However, order it thru alibaba for better accountability.

I was trying to buy the MJX rc car from a while but was not able to find anywhere available in stock.

On top of that they were running a promotion campaign which gave me around 1100rs discount as well.
Booked instantly.
Received the rc car after around 15 days. In brand new condition. Car is working as expected.

The seller is non responsive
The seller is non responsive. The order was booked on 25-10-2025 and delivery was expected by 15/20 days. But on calling and emailing repeatedly, only once got response from the seller that the delivery is delayed and product willbe delivered by 15th December 2025. However, after calling repeatedly and emailing them no response was received. So I had to request the bank for chargeback the payment due to non delivery. Thereafter within a week from chargeback request, the product was delivered.

I would like to give negative rating but it's not possible here so 2 star rating. Now the issue is my order number is 1605. Ordered on 12 dec 2025 till now no news of this order. And crazyrc team don't bother to take calls and messages since they already got money. My money is gone, I messaged on every social media pages of crazyrc and nobody cares. Before 2 -3 days they asking me again for address gave it then again repeatedly asking address then I asked them what bullshit are you doing now that's main problem for them. These guys are new kind of thiefs who grab money in day light and sit like good guys.
