Genuine supplier but some issues to look out for
Absolutely 0 complaints about the product and the customer service. However the issues were in delivery, and a bit of delay in the product.. Promised delivery date was in between 15-20 days, however received the product after 30 days. Even so i ignored the delay and hoped for the delivery soon. But for some reason DELHIVERY (the shipping company) didnt deliver my product for over 3 days despite it being in my city warehouse! I was scared and went to the warehouse and collected it myself as the product was expensive and i have heard a lot of package misplacememts from delhivery.. luckily i received it from the warehouse myself and the product was safe. Was very happy to recieve a diecast bmw m5 model car as a gift, was a very nice gesture from crazy rc!
Only thins to look out for is the delay in shipment and the courier delivery, rest its all good. For anyone curuious i got an mn 82s along with some upgrade wheels and a metal drive shaft ;)

Truly genuine website
Truly genuine website. Even I doubted it initially . But the customer support is so good you will not feel like you’ve given money to a scam website as scam websites run away with your money without responding. That’s truly amazing support these guys from CrazyRC gave. Exceptional delivery with proper quality checks passsed. I could’ve got the same product actually much cheaper from other websites but for sure the other websites looked like a scam but I trusted CrazyRC from day 1.

Worth the wait!
I disliked the fact that it took 35 days to arrive at the destination and the courier partner saying that their services aren't available in my place and only after showing them a previous receipt of a product delivered by them they finally had to look into the issue but other than that the customer associates were very helpful even though it's a small company. If the company wants to grow then I would suggest that you calculate accordingly for COD orders since I had to pay half even though I was supposed to pay only 20% ,3 month EMI plan options financed by your company instead of a bank and lastly it would also greatly help if the delivery time is made sooner then people would buy not only RC vehicles but parts as well. Anyways best of luck for your company and I have taken my own time to write this since India does not have a proper RC vehicles buying site even the ones you have the prices are too high even in Crazy RC and one more thing is do keep the 1:12 WPL or JJRC 6WD Rc Truck, it's in great demand and hopefully you guys have it for a reasonable price below Rs 8k. Takes a long time to reach, communication needs to be better
No response from seller. It has been more than 20 days and my expensive order hasn’t been delivered yet. All the positive reviews here seem to be paid. Do not trust the seller. I’m going to report cyber fraud.

Though the seller replied here asking for the order ID which I gave them via Whatsapp, I still haven't received any response. I never got any intimation from them over email, checked my spam too. My son literally asks me everyday about it, every time the door bell rings he hopes it is the RC car. The plight of my INR 20,000/- and my son's patience are all being tested. I wouldn't mind waiting if there was clear communication. If they even gave me a tracking number, I'd be more than happy. Stay clear from this seller.

Issues I had , but not sellers fault.
The product took a longer than the stipulated time to arrive. Received a damaged product . the boat had a crack in the jet propulsion system causing a lot of flooding . I had to repair it myself.

Shipping took 45 days instead of the promised 15-20 days. Customer support is poor. Delayed responses and failed promises. Product appears to have been opened and the box was also damaged. Crazy RC price mentioned online is also higher compared to other websites.

As mentioned earlier, the international shipping had a few hiccups along with custom clearance which was unfortunately out of our hands which led to this untimely delay. All the timelines being shared with you were the timelines we were receiving from the international shipper. Nonetheless we understand that your experience was not satisfactory because of these hiccups.
We wholeheartedly apologise for the inconveniences and the troubles you had to go through due to this issue. We have changed our shipping company to ensure this doesn't happen in the future for any of our customers.
As for the open package, all of our products are opened and visually inspected for any damages since the product is shipped directly from the manufacturer and it goes through international transit. This is to ensure that the customer doesn't receive damaged goods.

We apologise for the inconvenience that was caused with your order. One of the two products that you ordered was unfortunately lost in transit which led to the delivery of only one of the product.
We raised the issue with the shipping company but didn't get any response. After exhausting our options with the shipping company we shipped out a new product on our behalf to you and to ensure you are properly compensated for the delay we waived off the remaining COD amount.
Nonetheless we are very glad that you finally received your second product without needing to pay for the remaining amount.
