Incredible Above & Beyond Service!

This was my second time ordering in bulk from Create Apparel, and once again they were amazing from beginning to end. The team was so helpful, easy to communicate with and incredibly patient with all my changes, updates and third-party payment processes.

The shirts turned out even better than I hoped. The print quality was amazing, the colours were beautiful and the shirts themselves were great quality. Their online design system was easy to use, and the staff were always happy to help with anything I needed.

Their customer service is truly on point, so friendly, helpful and professional. I couldn’t recommend Create Apparel enough and will definitely continue doing business with them in the future.

A special shoutout to Mark, Erin and Joanna for all their support with my never ending emails!

Also, I absolutely love the updated website. It’s so modern and easy to use. Great job, guys!

Do not use these guys.

I wouldn't bother reading their attempt at "solving" the situation either. They took zero accountability for the damages caused by their incompetence.

The print quality was nowhere near the approved design. We ordered these shirts for a professional photoshoot which has now been ruined unfortunately due to the lack of quality control.

When we pointed out the errors, Tracy and Mark (the owner) showed zero interest in providing any compensation or solution besides telling us to return the shirts so they can "try again" to get the print we wanted.

Very disappointing experience as we spent quite a bit with them. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Thank you for your review, however a few details have been left out.
We acknowledged the printing on the front of the tees was 40-50mm lower than specified, and we regret this fell short of your expectations.

We immediately offered you two options provided by NSW Fair Trading and the ACCC, under Australian Consumer Law: a full refund or replacement with correctly printed tees (upon return of the items).
You declined both offers and instead demanded to retain the items, receive a full refund, and have them replaced with new stock — a combination no retailer, including us, would ever be expected to offer to remedy the situation. Although you have declined a refund or replacement, we stand by our original offers to remedy the issue.
If the products are that bad, why would you not want to return them to receive your refund?

We sent you a prepaid return label to ship the items back to us for a refund, and that offer although you declined, still stands. Upon receipt of the items, we are happy to process your refund.

STEER CLEAR

I'd give them negative stars if I could. 5 stars for an providing an astoundingly terrible experience.

Prior to ordering, I reached out about removing colour from my logo and they said they could do it.

Not only did they forget my order (but said there were "delays"), they sent me a proof, which I am forever glad I asked for since the quality was dead awful and missing chunks of ink, followed by another one after providing a hi res file which was just as terrible, and then blamed it on the logo (which is very simple 2 tones, not detailed) being not high enough quality.

The best part? The email was forwarded to a colleague and that colleague didn't even remove the comment from the thread.

The first proof was enough of a red flag considering their standards are so low they were happy with it, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. The second one make it clear just how piss poor their standards are - if they even exist.

And then to push the blame onto the customer using a desperate and weak excuse that the file quality was insufficient? Wow.

Extremely unprofessional.

TLDR: False promises, forgotten order (excuse: "delays"), astoundingly low standards, if any, passes you on to another person to respond but they forget to remove the previous comment, and blames the customer and the file being too low res despite the enormous size.

If only I could give them no stars

This was the second time using this store for printing out apparel for my small business of disability care. First time was great second time was disappointing.
Create apparel emailed me about my $600 order telling me that the images that I had uploaded were distorted so I sent them new ones.
I spoke to someone called Mark and gave them new photos, he emailed me back asking if what he had created was okay, I looked at the images and noticed that there was an error on the back of the back image stating that the “WHITE WRITING” is wrong and sent him a new image of the back.
He told me he took the white off, me thanking him for his help was definitely a mistake.
I received the $600 worth of jumpers and tshirts with that error still on the back.
As soon as I got the order I called, no one answered.
I then emailed and started that there is a mistake and I got a email back stating it was my fault and they weren’t going to fix it.
I replied straight away with a way we could work together on making this situation better, offered money to fix it and I have not gotten a reply.
I’m devastated, I’m a sole trader, small business owner trying to get my disability company out there and you’ve just destroyed it.

Create Apparel has gone above and…

Create Apparel has gone above and beyond, my print turned out amazing. Vibrant colours on fantastic quality shirts. Customer service is on point, so friendly and helpful. Easy to use online designing and the staff are always happy to help with anything i needed help with. Prices are wonderful and I just can't thank them enough!

Don't even bother doing clothing prints…

Don't even bother doing clothing prints with these guys, the communication I was lucky to get 1 reply in the 3 weeks, they totally forgot about my order, they have these videos and photos on social media playing "Goodguys" my t-shirts looked like they survived a house fire. The colour was as if it pulled everything out of the machine to make it happen, different colours are being thrown into the design, it was that dull, I might just return them, burnt.
