Horrible Company. I cancelled in December because they charged me two days in a row with the excuse of them not being able to charge Novembers fee but guess what? I WAS NOT ABLE TO SEE MY ACCOUNT ALL OF November ANYWAY BECAUSE I DIDNT PAY IT. WELL APPARENTLY THE INCOMPETENT MORON THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT NEVER DID so i called to see why the hell they are still trying to get money out of my account and i was told i never called LOL. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Stay away from them!!

I'm glad I checked this page before paying. I was trying to rent a room in SF and the owner demanded that I send a screenshot of this app. It seemed very suspicious to me, so I'm very grateful for the reviews from others.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They make cancellations extremely difficult by not providing an option on their website or an email. When I did call, they said that they wouldn’t be deleting all my information, including my card details. It doesn’t work as advertised either. They have no legit social media sites either. Just constant deflecting.

I'm sorry, Ms. Moore, I won't be moving forward on the listing mainly because of the issues associated
with my experience with CeditScoreIQ, your preferred vendor, and as I previously mentioned,
moving to Austin is not my preference at this time.

CreditScoreIQ has a Poor Reputation and is associated with FB Rental scams.

Despite the website showing a $1.00 trial, no trial will be extended, because it will say " it's not available to
your card type: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and the logos for the credit cards
are greyed out on the site.

But it will allow you to subscribe with whatever you're trying to use, at the
full subscription price of nearly $27.00 (Way too Much!!).
When you do that then it tries to take you to an additional, unsecure third-party site by a different
url, but crashes/ fails to load, and mercifully, the transaction doesn't go through
Thank Goodness.

I tried both links provided, across 5 different browsers, 4 different devices, and all 4
different cards to no avail.

And when you want to Cancel, you need to go into
the Terms and Conditions (Hosted on a third-party site) to find the contact details to do so.

Also buried in the T&C is language that grants a license to them,
giving them ongoing access to your credit report information even after you Cancel.
Meaning you have an extra step to take, this one in writing, to them and the bureaus,
to fully revoke that privilege, which could take weeks or months to finally get yourself out of.

Then your response to the email I sent is just about the credit report mess.
No commentary or reference at all to my prior email content makes it seem
like you're not a legitimate owner/ landlord/ investor.

Couple all the above with the Empty FB Profile for "Ethan James", with a picture of some
guy in a t-shirt (For Real???!!), and your "Too Good To Be True" Listing and Initial Email??!!,
You can appreciate all the "RED Flags" that scream FRAUD/ SCAM!!

You said the listing was associated with your preferred vendor.
How exactly? And why do you insist on this particular one and reject other legitimate ones?

It's associated with YOU definitely, and it's damaging your reputation and credibility,
and Ethan James (If there really is one that is) as well.

But you don't seem to care, and neither does Ethan James
(With his T-Shirt Picture and empty FB profile with no posts about his listings or services.or satisfied owners or tenants!..hhmmmmm???)
I'm not inclined to do business with someone who doesn't care about their public, professional reputation and credibility.

I hope this is simply a misunderstanding on my part, but you can see how I got there at least.

So glad I came to trust pilot to check this site out first. I was looking at a rental property in Las Vegas area on FB marketplace & was told to click on their link for their trusted credit score checking website & that it cost $1 for the trial but it was refundable and to take a screenshot of my credit score & send it back to them. Which I thought was weird. So then I asked them why can't I just send u a screenshot of my credit score from my own app that I have & use on my phone. She said - sorry, u need to show ur credit score first through credit bureaus trusted app for confirmation of ur eligibility & then u can visit the property.

It takes 30seconds to sign up for the $1 trial, and 30 MINUTES to cancel. I had to get specific information from this site when applying for a loan (balance of unsecured debt) so I signed up for the $1 trial. Cancel within 7 days. However, to cancel to MUST CALL an 877# that is located in the middle of the terms & conditions, which are difficult to locate on their site. Once you locate the #, it doesn't go to the cancelation department. You have to wait on hold and be transferred a fee times. When you're FINALLY connected with someone, they continue to try to sell you more stuff. They won't just cancel the account. As of today, they said it's canceled per the phone callbut they do not provide names or confirmation numbers so illbe waiting until the bill date anyways. AWFUL!!

I was viewing this place for rent 1205 Pacific Hwy #1701 , San Diego, CA 92101 through FB market place from a man callled Alesandro Bahimi V. The apartment is real but the man is a Scammer!!!!! I also am not easily fooled so of course I researched!!!! The website ScoreCredit IQ has a poor rating which is most likely a Scam website 😡😡😡beware😡😡

Glad I googled this first. A “hiring manager” from Comscore on indeed reached out to me saying they were pleased with my resume, then requested I go to that link to send them a screenshot. Idc that it said a dollar, why would I pay anything for a potential job that isn’t a guarantee. Absolutely not, blocked that contact.

Well, I’m glad I checked on this before I made a stupid mistake! I also was sent a link for an apartment by Greta Stone, which did not make sense to me at all to take a screenshot of what it showed and send it back to her and the apartment was cheap and I should’ve known better. I’m glad I read all these reviews before I did anything. I also sent her an email saying that I live in the neighborhood and I spoke to the owner and he said he’s not renting this apartment so what’s going on?

Can always tell a scammer by the way they push for certain information. My scammers name was Greta Stone. I had told them that I just had my scores pulled from other rental applications, but they said they would only accept a screenshot of the scores from the link they provided. Really, a screenshot? All the other credit checks I have done have been done straight through an application process. Glad I trusted my knowledge and searched to see if anyone else had this problem.

Was sent a "job offer" from Techison. Their hiring manager wouldn't schedule my Zoom interview until I went to this site and filled out a credit report. It seemed really fishy and I refused. A quick search later brought me here and I felt I should warn others. They aren't only using this scam for apartment rentals anymore. Stay safe out there folks!

was sent here by a rental in facebook, thought everything was too good to be true. crop my credit karama score but they didnt want it, they wanted me to fill this form and screen shot i thought it was fishy. then after that before i do it i ask for a showing first! if they are they will do a showing first she said she will do the showing after i do this so i just block her. dont fall the scam ! remember if its to good to be true its problay a scam!

Rental scam. They had a form on google.docs with the link to this website. Said I needed to check my credit score before applying. Listing was half the market value.

Was sent to this site for a rental application. Glad I checked it here! The agent wanted a screenshot of my credit score, so I sent him one from Credit Karma. He said it couldn't be verified. He only asked for a screenshot from this site too, so I'm not sure how the scam works. Sent by a guy named "Matthews Wilson". When I talked to him on the phone initially, he sounded Indian.

This was sent to me by a rental person, they refused to send me a link to the actual listing without doing this credit score verification. Glad I looked it up here and it’s related to scams.
