I had pleasure of speaking with to David. I was in a very bad mood when calling because I didn’t have access to anything after i paid for it,to only be informed there was another account with a different email that had been paid on.So David gave me a refund for the other account kept $199 because i will need the help with all of this. David was such a blessing to me today. I asked him if this really works he said he hasn’t has to use it because he’s 23, how he’s seen it help a lot of people. Plus he said they are always they to help. I currently am please with what’s going to happen.

After only 1 month, i was able to remove both collections from my Credit Bureaus. i no longer need the service.

Dissatisfied With Product
I called frustrated that I paid for this service but the only way this would benefit me is if I continually purchased other services and a separate charge I didn't authorize. The rep patiently explained the product and issued a reimbursement for the unauthorized charge.

When asked about the subscription he clearly let me know that I would not need the subscription but would need the information listed on my dashboard. I was confused as to the website I should log into as a member, but Vanessa set me straight. She sent a link to my email wherin I could gain access to Credit Secrets. She also advised me to make a personal record of the website address so I can continue working it in the future, which I did. She was very helpful and informative. Five star rating!!

The support I received was very good
The support I received was very good. I couldn’t purchase the Automator when I signed up, so I wrote an email to the support team. They got back to me first thing in the morning, of the very next business day. The rep listened to my problem and helped me through process of getting the Automator and made sure I had it downloaded and it was ready to use.
