BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU PUT YOUR MONEY THESE DAYS! This company reminds me of the Ocu-clear eyeglass company. You know, the ones who advertised glasses that would work for every prescription. I tried them and I know for a fact now that it is BS! Now these glasses take about a nickel to make and they charge $60, but they have a money-back guarantee. However, it's only if you don't receive your package or if they are broken upon delivery, not because they are full of shit! Now they will haggle with you and eventually try to wear you out. But if they don't, they will settle with you for half of what you spent, but they still HAVE ALREADY GOTTEN PAID because they still made $30. Same here! I just read this company's response to a consumer's review. They said that they would refund the ad-on purchases they made, but not the initial $49, and that they needed to go back and read the fine print of the refund agreement on that. This means that they worded it in a way that they get to ALWAYS KEEP the initial payment! That means that they couldn't care less if this product works for you or not because they've already been paid and have gotten their money from you! It makes me so angry to see how business ethics have gone right in the garbage these days. What happened to shutting down companies for FRAUD?! WHERE ARE YOU FTC?

As I suspected, after the initial membership fees there are a whole host of other "add-on" fees to pay just to use the program smoothly. ALSO the system is FAULTY from the outset! Despite putting in the correct SSN it could not "verify" my SSN. A link to download the "Jumpstart letter" takes you to a non existent Facebook link, and you have to hunt around the CreditSecrets.com site to find a link to directly download it. And as for the money back satisfaction guarantee THAT is false too! No refund to the credit card I used for payment.

i have had nothing but problems with customer service they're were some things i wanted a refund for that i did not understanding they did the refund then turned around and took the money back out again now i can't even find the ebook i downloaded I'm to the point just keep your program and give me all my money back

I was looking for the method to clean up up my credit and this came about on the same day. I accidently clicked on the wrong option so I called them. I worked with Daniel and he was exceptional in his knowledge of the procedures and programs. Daniel help me get a refund on a mistake.

After trying to order online and having much trouble, I finally called the 800 number. Kelly and Andrew were very helpful. They charged a different credit card and got everything through correctly.
I've received my CreditSecrets.com, and I've got the right amounts on my credit card, so that's nice. I'm looking forward to using the program.
What I've looked at so far, the first letter, I am very pleased. It's done very well and exceptionally easy to understand, so I hope the information works. Thank you guys very much.
