I had just signed up, and needed a specific question answered. The gentleman I talked with in Customer service was very informative. Very upbeat and assured me that if I had any concerns at all, not to hesitate to call. Like most people, l was a little apprehensive about learning how to do something I knew little about. Especially something scary like credit. After talking with him only a few minutes, I was actually excited about getting started. Knowing that I'm not alone, really put me at ease.

i had put a star but i am changing to a 5 star i was not expecting them to call me and they do help and answer all my questions i was struggling with login with the dashboard it dose help just got one of my credit go up from 589 to 687 just with the jump start that i have sent to all 3 credit im still working on the second part and they did answer question and very nice people they do show love and care when you have a problem they will answer you less an 24 hour

Being cautious of our credit standing
Being cautious of our credit standing, I looked at Credit Secret's reminder of the 'numbers' game. I ordered the digital guidebook, only to be reminded that I had done the same a couple of years ago. They immediately refunded my new purchase and wished me well. I need to retrieve my memory and the Credit Secret guidelines and do my due diligence.
