Order cancelled for no reason hours after buying. Tried going through customer services but still not received refund. Joke of a company.
Scam company
Sent a return off. They only refunded half the money. Literally been on their chat every day for a month and each time they say a different story. Absolute scammers
Cancelled order no explanation difficult getting money back
I ordered a pair of crocs for my toddler online. A few hours later they cancelled my order with no explanation as to why or how/when they would get my money back to me. 2 weeks later I still don't have the money back. It's very difficult to get in touch with anyone to ask about this but their chatbot says it could talk 20 working days for a refund to be processed. This is shocking considering they cancelled it a few hours after the order and the money was showing as pending out of my account for days. I'm sure there must be a way they could have cancelled the payment .

What’s gone wrong with Crocs? Faulty product, hardly worn, sent photo and instead of a replacement or refund they offered 20% discount on a new purchase. Rights of sales act totally ignored. Won’t be buying from them again after years of being a happy customer. Dreadful customer service and no easy way to make a formal complaint ( chat bot or WhatsApp) it’s seems it’s easier to ignore customers that way. News flash, it winds unhappy customers up further!

I’m really disappointed with Crocs’ customer service. I recently ordered a pair of toddler clogs that turned out to be the wrong size. Instead of being able to do a simple exchange (which almost every major brand offers), I was told I’d have to return the item, wait for a refund, and then place a completely new order — all while risking a higher price because Crocs refuses to honour the original amount paid.
This process is incredibly inconvenient and not at all customer-friendly, especially for such a large and well-known brand. I expected a straightforward exchange option and at the very least some flexibility on price matching, but instead I was met with rigid policies and zero accommodation.
A brand as big as Crocs should really do better for their customers. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very reluctant to shop here again.

The "Give Feedback" button on the webpage doesn't work.
The search engine looks like it's from the 1990s and for some reason the website shows sizes larger than Mens 12 in some random place.
As I am a UK Mens 14 trying to find what shoes and colours is a lot harder than it should be.
I was trying to contact them to express frustration that as I am a UK Mens 14 all of their special edition Marvel, Star Wars etc stop at a Mens 12 and I was going to ask is there plans in the future to go up to the bigger size but I can't send feedback or even use chat as everything is clunky and broken, on both my PC and phone and on various browsers.
I have ordered a single pair of classic clogs and I doubt I will order anything else due to the very poor ordering experience and lack of shoes in my size.

Bought a pair of crocs on their website and out my address as requested. After I used PayPal to pay for the items, they overwritten the address I have written and then used the one on PayPal. Contact customer service to cancel the order as it wasn't placed yet and I never encountered such unhelpful group of individuals.
Absolute shambles
Absolute shambles. Been trying to check out for two days and the system keeps crashing. Discount codes disappear at the payment stage reverting back to full price. For a big company this is a total mess.
Don't use them. They will waste your time.

I ordered five pairs of crocs as I had a discount code with my BlueLightCard.
Only one pair arrived. I logged in to see that they'd cancelled the other pairs
Straight after the money had been taken. I contacted them through a live chat to be told that I would be given a refund,
and would speed it up 4 to 6 days.
A week later, I still haven't received the refund, apparently they paid it yesterday. Although it's not showing up on my mobile banking yet. I have contacted my bank and there definitely hasn't been a payment.
Terrible company. I guess they are holding your money to gain interest.
Great crocs!
I can't understand why there are so many negative reviews regarding size. The company is an American based company. The Uk only handle the goods. They don't make them. So obviously they will arrive in American sizes. The email literally says the bottom of the shoe will show American sizes. The website when buying says Uk size. So all you need to do is buy your normal shoe size, and when the shoe comes it'll show in the American equivalent to that size. For example, I bought a Uk 7 and when they arrived, the bottom shows a size 9, which is a Uk 7 in American sizes. It really isn't that hard to understand. Some people just love to complain I guess. If you're that confused, check your confirmation email, then check the invoice email. The confirmation email will show your Uk size you ordered. The invoice will show the US equivalent to that. Google the US size on the invoice and convert it to Uk, and bam, it'll be your usual size. Please people. Quit acting dumb. This website is great. Ordered Friday, they came Wednesday.

Didn’t want to even give them one star their customer service is appalling. Sent back the Crocs which were the wrong size, more than 3 weeks on I’m still waiting for my refund despite being told twice that it’s been expedited!
My advice is to go to a store and buy , avoid the online store at all costs.
No refund after 2 months
I returned two pairs on 23 July and a refund has not been actioned as yet. Customer service blamed a ‘technical’ issue. To date I still have not received my money back. It was a first online order and the last….
Shocking service for an overpriced product
Ordered two sets of children’s crocs and some Jibbitz. Today I received the Jibbitz but no crocs, on checking the order details online it said the order fit the shoes was cancelled. Contacted customer services to be told this was ‘likely an error’ so I’d need to re-order, even though they haven’t refunded me yet. I was first told it’d be 2-4 days then was told 4-10 days when I queried it.

If you’re thinking about ordering from Crocs online, don’t expect any real customer service. I tried to cancel my order while it was still marked as “processing,” and was told I’d have to wait for it to ship, then go through the return process myself. Absolutely ridiculous. To top it off, the customer service rep I spoke with sounded like he’d rather be anywhere else—completely unhelpful.
It wasn’t just me, either. My fiancée ordered two pairs of Crocs. One was the wrong size and she caught it right away, but Crocs still refused to change it because it was “already processing.” She also bought pins to match her other pair, only for those Crocs to be sold out after the fact. So she’s stuck with accessories for shoes she never even got.
Crocs may make comfortable shoes, but their online return/exchange process is outdated, careless, and a total headache. Save yourself the frustration—buy them somewhere else

Sent the wrong order then re-shipment never arrived and tracking number for reshipment does not exist and customer service was no help. Awfull customer Service!
Useless Customer Services
These are expensive clogs, I have Crocs classic in black and I caught the sling on the office chair, this caused the button to come off, the button is broken. I tried in vain to find out how can I order another button and there my time consuming Crocs CS journey ended, with a, " we do not supply spares" So a perfectly good per Crocs are off to the bin, I certainly won't be buying another pair my money will go on an alternative brand!
Awful experience
Awful experience. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering with Crocs. Had an issue with the website glitching when I tried to use a voucher and pay. Live chat was useless, got cut off multiple times. Then tried customer service via WhatsApp and spoke to multiple advisors who were all truly awful. No help to resolve the issue and incorrect information given, even when providing all the evidence they requested.
Cannot believe for such a big brand, they have such awful customer service.

No stock but money taken
I ordered a pair of Cinnamoroll crocs for my Grandaughter, order accepted and money taken from my bank. Just over 2 and half hours later I received an e-mail to say my order was cancelled. There was no explanation to say why. I contacted them and was told they were out of stock and my refund will take 7-14 business days. I said you should not take the payment before checking the stock levels and their returns policy is disgraceful. I also mentioned the items were still showing availability online. They have now escalated my refund and it will be with me within 2-4 days. Apparently the stock levels hadn't been updated on their website. This has still not been updated 2 days later as they are still available to order online.
