I moved in to my new Cruden home in January 2026. Mary and Sarah Jane in the sales team were excellent, giving me advice and support through the sale and up to moving in. Since moving in Michael and Peter, the site managers, have been brilliant and are on hand to answer all of my questions and solve any issues with my new house.
I'm delighted with the quality of the build and love living in my new home. The superb customer service has made the whole process of buying and settling in easy.

Professional experience starting with our sales person - she communicated and kept us informed any questions or queries we had all answered.
After sale,any issue was dealt with efficiently and resolved, again with good communication. Customer service is excellent.

Truly unbelievable that I made my 1st home at West Craigs, Edinburgh and thanks to Cruden Homes to helping out to achieve my biggest dream ever in my life. They are well organised with process and advice the right at of people to get the things sorted with hassle free.

Moved into our lovely home at kings view toryglen , any issues with our home , even though there wasnt anything major only a few tiny issues they get resolved quickly and efficiantly by contacting peter or micheal the sight managers theyre great.

We recently purchased a new build home at Wellwater Grove and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish! Having retired back to Scotland after 30 years in the States, we were unsure of the process but the team were incredibly professional, friendly, and always available to answer any questions. The buying process was smooth and transparent, and we felt fully supported at every stage. Maureen seamlessly took over our purchase after Allison moved on and she immediately put us at ease.
The quality of the property exceeded our expectations, and moving in was hassle-free thanks to the careful attention to detail from Matt and his team. Matt has continued to support us with all our silly questions and any minor issues were addressed promptly and efficiently.
We’re absolutely thrilled with our new home and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a seamless, positive new build experience.

My wife and I have recently moved into our new 4-bedroom detached home at Wellwater Grove in East Calder, and we are very happy with the overall experience.

My husband and I moved into our beautiful flat at West Craigs last week and our experience with Cruden Homes has been fantastic in what is always a stressful event.
We selected this flat on our first day of viewing, after seeing the quality and superb flat design. Ashley's knowledge, professionalism and patience, gave us confidence that we would be fully supported throughout the process and this proved to be so. We had 5 star customer service from Ashley at all times and she kept us informed in a punctual way, making any small issue easy to deal with and never having to chase for information, which is rare in this day and age. Ashley is a great ambassador for Crudens Homes.

After moving in I would also like to commend both Ashley and Louis for their faultless care in looking after us to ensure the smooth running of our move into the property. They were warm and welcoming as is their nature and nothing was too much trouble. The quality finish of the property meant there was little to address but the small matters were dealt with by Louis in a very speedy manner but with thoroughness and a kind manner. We love the flat and our experience with both Ashley and Louis have surpassed expectations. Sincere thanks to both!

We were not looking to buy another home, but after looking at the homes at Hawkhead Mews Paisley we were very impressed with the quality of build and finish.
Jan in the office was so helpful and kept in touch with all stages of the sale, her customer service was second none.

We are currently in the process of purchasing an apartment at The Avenue and have been dealing with Alison since our first contact back in December 2025.

Coming up from London for the day to view , Alison had furnished a full set of documentation so I was fully up to speed when I arrived, and we were able to concentrate on her demonstrating what the house and the development have to offer when I got there. Crudens over 55's development at Barnton has proven to be the right choice for our retirement. The location provides an excellent outlook overlooking the Royal Burgess golf course. We were the first residents to move in whilst the development was still being completed. The support we received form Alison on the sales team at Cruden was excellent and she has become a very good friend to us both. With the development now completed, we are enjoying the friendly and neighbourly environment "The Avenue" provides for the over 55's age group.

Positive experience from the start. Alison of Cruden Homes kept in touch with us throughout the process when we were selling our home and looking to purchase our Villa at The Avenue Barnton. I viewed this property September and was original supposed to occupy in October. Owing to unforeseen problems this didn’t happen.
As I was so keen to have this property Crudens held it for me till all my finances were in order and I moved in the middle of January.
I have only praise for Crudens representative here who was in contact with me regularly and has kept me updated at all times. I have had only one problem since being here and it was dealt with efficiently.
It takes time to adjust to a smaller home but so far I am happy I have made the move.
