Personally only ever dealt with Alex at Crystal Ball. Even on New Years eve he answered my phone and helped me out with a technical question I had.

Richard is outstanding. He consistently goes above and beyond to help me whenever I need support. I’m not very confident with CB, but having Richard available to answer my many and varied questions genuinely makes my day-to-day work much easier.
No matter what I’m asking or when I’m asking it, Richard is always patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. I honestly couldn’t ask for anyone better to help me with my queries — he is a real asset to the company.
The only improvement I would suggest from my perspective is ensuring there is sufficient Richards on hand to cover when Richard is unavailable or on annual leave hahah. His support is greatly missed during those times. 😊😊

We have recently joined Crystal Ball for our company trackers and dash cams, and I have to say they are a very professional company with an extremely friendly and helpful team. They are great to deal with on the phone, and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble.
We have just completed our software training, and Martin was very thorough, explaining everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. We are really looking forward to getting our full fleet up and running so we can start seeing exactly what the system has to offer.

I recently bought a Thatcham S5 tracker from Crystal Ball and the entire experience has been exceptional from start to finish. From placing the order to having it fully installed took just one week, which is incredibly efficient.

The service has been absolutely sublime throughout. The driver cards and the app work phenomenally well, offering seamless functionality and complete peace of mind. I was especially impressed by the monitoring centre they called within seconds when the car was started without the driver card present. That level of responsiveness is exactly what you want from a security system.

On top of all that, having a Thatcham-approved tracker installed even lowered my insurance premium, which was a fantastic added benefit.

The Crystal Ball solution has provided so much data for us that has helped immensely in managing our fleet risk. It has provided valuable insights into our drivers' behaviours behind the wheel as well as being able to provide irrefutable evidence when defending accident claims. The insurance market this year responded favourably to the work we had done, and we therefore benefitted from a 33.34% reduction in premium based on the previous year.

Reporting within Crystal Ball provides everything and more, and the portal is easy to navigate. Self-serve is easy and the technical team are always on hand to assist with any queries.
