We had an issue with one of our CB units in our vans, after a brief call with Martin at CB the issue was very quickly resolved.
Every time I call CB I have found Martin at CB very professional, if we have an issue on any of our units CB team have always dealt with them brilliantly.

My company has used Crystal Ball for the past 7 years to track my fleet of vans and protect them in the event of an accident. The integrated 4G dash cam and tracking solution has transformed business operations and allowed me to work more productively and effectively. I am able to use the system for evidencing time spent on site to clients, and to monitor the day to day activity of the engineers when out on jobs. The dash cam technology has assisted in multiple disputes and I would no longer own a vehicle without this system installed. By using this technology to improve road safety and provide additional evidence, we demonstrate a lower risk profile to our insurers. I also find the mobile app very easy to use. I would highly recommend Crystal Ball to anyone who owns a fleet looking to reduce their accident rate and improve their day to day productivity.

I recently had an upgrade done on our company vehicle tracker system. The lady I spoke to (Toju) was extremely polite and really helpful. She kept me informed thru out the process and let me know about all the different options available to us and even offered a discount. I felt she really went out of her way to make sure we were happy with the service. Well done Toju and Crystal Ball. Would highly recommend.

Having used Crystal Ball in the past I knew they would be able to deliver the type of service we were looking for. Crystal Ball adopt a customer centric approach and listen to feedback, they implement changes they feel will add value to the system and help us achieve our goals. By implementing the camera technology alongside the tracking I’m sure we will reap the benefits and see a reduction in accident rate.

Ive Just recently been set up with the crystal ball system after increasing my fleet of vehicles adding a tracker and 4G dash cam to each.
Their product is brilliant and couldn't be happier as this allows us to safety keep an eye on our team from job to job. Crystal Ball are competitive in their pricing, and flexible when installing the kit on location.
The support team were reliable and react quickly to any queries we have.

I started work in a new company in March 2023 and inherited Crystal Ball from my predecessor. They are without doubt the worst company that I have ever had to deal with. Broken promises, equipment failure, vehicles not tracking, endless delays in repair work to name but a few of the many, many problems.
They promise the world and fail to deliver every time. The only thing they are good at is taking their money. Avoid at all costs.

This firm is extremely underhand. I had been with them for 5 years and put my contract out to tender (as I do every year) they made an offer and then retracted it when questioned. They then forced me into another 12 month contract saying that I actually had to give 9 months notice and not 3 months as originally stated. They are constantly changing their goal posts and seem to have no business acumen. Thankfully RAM helped me out this hole and I must say I wish that I had gone over to them much earlier, fantastic user interface, customer service and their engineers come out within days and not months.

We had a bad experience with another service provider of CCTV & Trackers so much so that we walked away. Having looked at a few options Crystal Ball TV looked to be what we needed. So we arranged an online teams meeting to discuss their offer, and see how it worked. Well, Tara Singh was the lady that took us through the offer and showed us what the system could do. We signed up! It integrates which was a massive improvement on what we had previously. We shook virtual hands, and contracts were signed. Martin arranged despatch of the kit, which arrived within a couple of days, previous company almost 4 weeks. Installation within the week, by BROOK INSTALLATIONS (also amazing) we had a training session with 4 of us on teams, with Tara as our leader through the wilderness. The vote was unanimous these are great and will be really useful. Today they really showed just how useful with a driver getting knocked for a fare. The internal footage is phenomenal, you can pick out the pimples on his face! The tracker was to the spot, where we dropped them, and enabled us to get a what 3 words location from the tracking location, and watch them walk into their property. Should be enough for a Police charge I think! if you're looking for a CCTV & Tracking system for a fleet look no further than these guys.
