The website was easy to use and I obtained a promising quote for home and building insurance. When I phoned the wait was quite long but worth it, the staff member Hannah was helpful and purchase was completed over the phone. Your company is very easy and intuitive to deal with. Paperwork is clear, insurance renewal straight forwarded and well regarded. Priceing is also very competitive.

I completely forgot that my debit card had expired, so my annual payment couldn't be taken. I was going on holiday about a week later, so had to get it sorted quickly. The young man I spoke to on the phone was very efficient and my renewal came through immediately.
