Neena from the Estate Planning Team has been absolutely fantastic. She provided quick and comprehensive information that needed to be relayed to a client. Would highly recommend her!

The team are easy to reach by telephone and are trained well so they can answer queries or signpost you to the relevant team if the answer falls under another’s remit.
They are all pleasant and efficient to deal with and will come back to you in a timely fashion if someone else’s input is required first in order to resolve any issue.

Over the last 6 years I have had amazing support and guidance from all at CTT Group but more recently have been dealing with the Partnership Team as part of our digitisation process. I had a query which required the Partnership Team to sort as a matter of urgency. Gilly Ransom responded immediately, looked into the query and resolved so that our clients cases could be processed smoothly.

What made the experience great was how quickly and efficiently Sharon Grant was able to help me recently during a stressful time when my sister in law had suffered a cardiac arrest and was on a ventilator in a hospital over 100 miles away.
I needed some urgent Organ Donor information from my sister in law's stored will which I had set up and I had no access to the storage system.
Sharon acted swiftly and accurately and supplied me with the required information which allowed me in the Hospital to inform the Consultant of exactly what my sister in law's wishes were and these wishes were carried out to the tee.
Only the swift action from Sharon allowed this to happen at that very stressful time.
Well done Sharon, It was much appreciated
