Attending a Will writing and Estate Planning Course is not going to be most people's first choice of things to do when the Sun is shining.

Planning for no longer being here is generally a subject to be avoided, which is why so many don't have anything appropriate in place to mitigate against the problems arising from the inevitable.

So, top marks to CTT for providing a solution that not only addresses the legal needs but trains Estate Planners to make it a relevant and acceptable discussion to be had with their clients.

The course was presented by a very knowledgeable team, with a varied range of presentation skills, which has given me the confidence to provide the best solutions for my clients, family, friends.

After four days it was great to round out the training sessions with a lively and engaging presentation by Gilly and Mysti on how to partner effectively with CTT and get the best from the support they offer. Well done Gilly & Mysti.

I deal directly with Bhavesh who couldnt be more helpful with rectifying queries and I am sure rectifying issues (which i have had none).

The content of the course and understanding of how important the choosing of a Trustee is was very insightful, would recommend any one jumping on one of these courses - the logging in to the course was another matter 🤦‍♂️

I have undertaken several training courses and webinars with the team at Countrywide, most recently on the life cycle of a trust. Those delivering the material consistently demonstrate a deep subject knowledge and a friendly approachable style that encourages participants to pose questions in the chat facility. These they answer and follow up on either during the course in a timely manner or through patiently giving you the time afterwards. I would recommend the courses at Countrywide.

We have worked with Countrywide for a number of years and requested 1-2-1 training on a couple of products. The training delivered by Spencer was specifically aimed at our company and to the level of detail that we required. Very informative.

This week I experienced support above and beyond the call of duty from the Accounts Team at CTT Group. I needed some important assistance from them fairly urgently and Zakaria bent over backwards to help me and everything I need is in place. Partnering with CTT Group helps me to run my estate planning consultancy safe in the knowledge that the team have my back when I need them.

We had a very positive experience with the training provided. The presentation was extremely well structured, professional, and easy to follow, which made the information clear and practical to understand.

Content-wise, I would have liked some insight into software, drafting, common issues.etc.

I was expecting some 'news', product development, other improvements etc. These events typically used for 'big reveals'.

Need to see improvement on how info is gathered then input, what I'm doing is clunky and repetitive/inefficient atm (Conor to ring and arrange Zoom training)

I would like to see someone like Spencer over in Belfast. We tend to get overlooked but are only an hour away. Meeting my boss and maybe presenting to our introducers could help boost our business greatly. It would also answer concerns CRN have about professional trustees and trust management in general.
