I have used Cube Carpets for many years superb quality and great service from the team there, they work like a family.

So glad I found this website. I bought an off cut of a top of the range 80/20 Westex carpet for a 1/3 of the online retail price. The colour is amazing and delivery was quick. There’s no way I could have bought this best of British carpet at full price. Absolutely delighted, thank you

The carpet was a B grade but you wouldn't know - it looks absolutely perfect! Great service from Caedan but the experience was let down by the courier company. I waited in all day from 8-6pm and nothing arrived and there was no notification email or text and no way to contact courier company. I chased the following day and it did arrive by 2pm but my carpet fitter had arrived at 8am!

Caedan followed up after I received the sample to know what I thought. He offered to reserve the carpet for me as I hadn't gotten the dimensions at the time. Prices are a steal for the quality being offered.

Delivery was prompt and everything went well

Great quality carpet and swift delivery. I was very happy with my first order so I ordered again for another room. Both carpets are fantastic. Even their delivery person was amazing in helping. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have used cube carpets several times over the last few months and they have always managed to supply very good quality carpet at a good price. The latest piece arrived today and I shall definitely be ordering again. The team are very helpful and you just need to pick up the phone or email if you need help.

After looking almost everywhere for living room carpet, I was recommended this place by a few people, due to their high end quality but unbeatable prices. After seeing their carpets and prices I was not disappointed at all, prices really are unbeatable but you still get the amazing quality with it so a total win win! I can not fault the customer service provided from start to finish by both the guys I dealt with (one being the manager). Not only are they knowledgable and honest, they were super friendly and helpful going above and beyond. Would definitely recommend and will continue to purchase from this place in future alone.

Excellent customer service. I was quite anxious to buy such a large quantity of carpet online, not from a local company. But I had a lot of support and information over the telephone, that I trusted the suggestions. Very professional to calculate the right amount and respectful of the delivery date. The quality was the one that I was looking for and I saved nearly £2000, which I am very happy. The deliver driver has been very kind and helpful as well.
