Huge improvement on customer service. Originally had issues with returns with replacement or refund but Mike when he learnt about the mistake he absolutely went over and above to correct it. He was fabulous to deal with and totally surprised me with how helpful they are to satisfy the customer. Very happy with the outcome & now I've got my waterproof cuddlr trousers for the remainder of our winter here. Thank you Mike & Cuddlr, v much appreciated 🙂

I had a slight hiccup with a delivery date and Mike personally sorted it out for me, going waaay above and beyond to help. Can’t fault the service in any way. And the trousers? Best thing I’ve ever bought for my horsey job- they really are excellent.

The ordering process was very easy, and my order arrived quickly. This is the first time I've tried Cuddlr, and the socks are amazingly soft and warm. Can't wait to try them this winter. I did order the pants and they're very soft and warm but I ordered a size too large so they are being exchanged for a smaller size. But, I think they'll be perfect for our Michigan winters!

I just received my Cuddlr pants and they are sooo good. Very well made and super warm for those cold days in the paddock. I am 160cm tall and 63kg. I brought the small petite cuffed pants but could have sized up to a medium as I would not be able to wear other pants underneath (but they are great on their own). Fast shipping to NZ also. Very happy with my purchase, very good price. I highly recommend these.

When it appeared that our order for 2 pairs of Shields was not going to arrive in time (due to circumstances outside of Cuddlr's control), I emailed them. A reply was received in less than an hour and a solution proposed, with alternative design Shields being sent by next day delivery. In the end, our order was delivered earlier than tracking suggested and the extra pair returned at no cost to us. Cuddlr could not have been more helpful and I will not hesitate to order from them again in future.

Great service and superb winter clothing

Great service, and great product - would highly recommend. I found the leg length I selected was a little too short, which is no fault of the company or the product, I just should have thought about what footwear I was going to wear them with. Will definitely buy another pair.

When my second pair of these fantastic pants arrived in the wrong size the company were great to deal with fixing up the order with a minimum of fuss

I ordered the trousers and gloves and I am very impressed by the quality and how quickly I received them as I livfe in Australia.
The fabric, fit and comfort of the garmets is excellent. They are very warm and soft to wear.
Practical and durable in the cold weather.

I’m in Australia. I ordered 2 pairs about 3/4 months ago. They said they had tried to deliver them but unsuccessfully. Notification all in Chinese so I couldn’t track. Emailed company who said I should knock on neighbours door to check on them. They said they were looking into it but no further email contact - just Ai response. No refund. Nothing. If you say this isn’t a scam then I would say this company’s customer service is in the toilet.

Thanks for reply but from this email I emailed your email address from 16 to 20 April 2026. I then tried your website which took me back to the same email. Your customer service sucks. You email me please explaining what you’re going to do about it from your end.
