I ordered a 'bundle' of two pairs (which was cheaper than buying separately) for the two of us for an outdoor night swimming event as they were recommended for keeping warm afterwards. When I ordered the shipping time was stated within a week. One pair arrived within 4 days with updates. The smaller second pair was delayed, and then shipped from China, the tracking number provided was Chinese, it didn't update for over 5 days, and the package took over two weeks to reach the UK, arriving end of August without notice and was left outside. It didn't arrive in time for my event (so I replaced them elsewhere.) The quality is ok, but not what I expected for the cost. They are not well made, and the stitching is off. The two pairs look completely different, one pair has an indented pattern on the outer layer, and the pair from China do not have this they are plain, the waist bands are slightly different too. I found the waistband on my to be tight with not much stretch, and the hip and legs are too loose and baggy, the length is very good. The pair for my husband are too big and bulky all over, and he sized down. They are very thick and should work ok for any winter activities if that's what you are buying them for. I would not purchase them again, and would not recommend them over any other waterproof thermal trousers. I have found the service to be poor. From the day after purchasing our email has been bombarded with emails from 'Mike' offering money off vouchers for a five star review, or to become an affiliate (some emails asking for a five star review in return for a voucher arrived before the trousers did!). Ignored these and reported as spam. I would not buy anything else from them again. I have found this amount of contact intrusive, and I've blocked them. I've donated the pair that arrived too late to charity. The return was far too difficult and email was ignored.

Overall I would not purchase these trousers again. I fell for the hype.

I originally emailed from my private email account, not this one. I already gave the trousers to charity as I stated in my review. At one point I received 6 emails in 48 hours, this isn't keeping in touch, this is intrusive spam. I emailed that address and received zero response.

Ordered 2 pair for winter and they arrived more quickly than I expected. They look good, but as it is still 100 degrees here in Texas, I will wait to wear them. I especially appreciate being able to get winter pants long enough in the legs.

Super fast delivery. Very pleased with the fit and quality. I love the fact that you do petite lengths. Winter holds no fears for me now.

The fit and length of the trousers was spot on. Ordered up a size, as suggested. Im a size UK16, 5ft 10 tall lady. My legs instantly felt cosy. Looking forward to using them after my next dip in the North Sea!

Good quick service and reply to delivery service issue when EVRI lost it. Would prefer they offer choice to use Royal Mail

Regular contact throughout the process when the item of clothing was not in the style I wanted was ongoing and reassuring. Then advised when the item was in stock made purchasing so much easier, and then due to the time I had to wait.. bought it with the discount code which took the sting out of international postage price.The delivery of my package arrived bang on time. Thrilled with the service. Very well packed and presented. The item is so well made. Not cheap and nasty and wearing them is just so comfortable and snug. On top of this... wearing them up the Snowy Mountains where my Brumbies are (agisted there and safe from the governments helicopters and guns) I didn't have to wear my thermals! The lamb wool lining made it a joy! Not itchy, just snug and so warm without being too hot. I'll definitely be buying again soon!

Shipped the wrong size. Other than that, the quality, shipping time, etc. was good. The trousers run slightly small.

Very quick delivery to New Zealand. Brought them for winter motorbike riding, and are excellent, suit for purpose. Warm and cosy

I received the pants and jacket and both arr wonderful! The fact that you can remove the sleeves and hood is fantastic. They are both very warm. I plan on using both in Alaska.
