I hesitated for a long time before ordering these but I wanted warm waterproof trousers I could wear for dog walking & a trip to Iceland in November. They arrived after a few days, they fit really well. I am a size UK 8, 5ft tall & am so thankful that these don't drag under my feet like most waterproof trousers. They are thick & warm, I can wear them either on their own or leggings under them, anything thicker I would imagine be quite bulky. I can't give 5 stars as I haven't worn them yet in cold, rainy weather but am very hopeful that they will be perfect. So far so good.

Great leggings and jacket received very quickly. They are well made and fit exactly right. I can see they are going to be perfect during the winter for open water swimming. Very pleased all in all.

I went up a size so I’d be comfortable. And wear a pair of pants underneath.
They fit loose enough I can wear pants underneath if I chose to.
They are so soft and comfortable.
I love these pants I would highly recommend them!

Received today and seem really good quality. I order a regular length and 5’4” I was worried they would be too long but they are perfect length 😊

The company was helpful in giving me an exchange and telling me how to do it.

I was well informed about the delivery process,the item is what I had envisaged.I was also provided with info how to contact the company,if I should have any questions or wanted to return/ change the item or order other things.

Fantastic customer service
After placing my order I received an email advising that I had 30 mins in which I could edit the order if something was wrong. After checking the details I realised I had clicked on cuffed bottoms not straight
I tried to amend but the system was asking for an additional payment
I emailed back explaining what had happened-Mike from the company contacted me & amended the order.
Very happy with his service.

When ordering Cuddlr trousers I forgot to add the code for free thermal socks. I sent an email and within two minutes Mike had replied, adding the socks to my order. So impressed with the customer service. Thank you Cuddlr! 😁

Really pleased with the comfort and fit of my new Cuddle trousers (straight with ankle zip) Appear to be very well made and good quality. I'm looking forward to trying them out to see if they're fit for purpose post open water swimming. Slightly longer delivery time than I'd hoped for but I was impressed with the immediate contact post placing my order giving me 30 minutes to make any changes.

Very disappointed. The site strongly suggests the trousers would be dispatched from a U.K. warehouse only to find they are coming from China. Still waiting for them to arrive. There seems to be a holdup in Braintree, been showing in this location for a long time.

I purchased the Long leg open hem from FB advert. Was highly skeptical as have received some real rubbish. However I was thrilled when my cuddles arrived.
They are a great fit and really well made.
I'm 6ft and the long length are perfect

The order took awhile to arrive, but Amazon has me spoiled with overnight delivery. When they did arrive I was very pleased. They fit beautifully and seem to be of high quality waterproof material, although yet untested. The photo I saw when purchasing showed quilting on the exterior, however mine are not quilted which is a much sleeker look. I’m actually looking forward to winter 🥶 just so I can wear them.

Although I haven’t worn my fleece lined trousers yet, I did try them on and they seem well made and do fit nicely. Also very warm but we are in the middle of a heatwave, however I think they will be amazing in the cold weather
I was disappointed in the delivery service, ordered 4th Aug, arrived 15th.
