What a fabulous find…
Communication with Lee was first class. He explained the different types of fillings available, and the process of packaging my covers and sending them off was very easy..
I am absolutely thrilled with them. My Ercol armchair looks as good as you and is really comfortable.
I had already paid to have the cushions refilled by another upholsterer and was very disappointed. They felt like I was sitting in a sand pit. This however is marvellous and half the price too !
I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again..

The service from start to finish was first class and even better, Our seven year old Sofology sofa has been completely transformed for an absolute fraction of the price of buying a new one. Lee was so helpful when I rang to enquire, and helped me work out what it was that I needed. Everything arrived promptly.

The man at the helm, is the inimitable Lee Watkins, who just cares about the product he supplies so much, that he can’t be satisfied unless you are.

Brilliant experience from first contact to delivery. Bought a second hand Loaf Pudding sofa and absolutely HATED the feather cushions! So heavy to plump which needed doing almost every time you sat on it, got a quote to replace them from another company of over £400 which was way too much for me, this company quoted me just under £200 and patiently went through all the options available to me, sent off a cushion cover as a template and got my replacement cushions a couple of weeks later. Super easy, brilliant product made by very knowledgeable craftspeople, honestly I couldn't be happier and recommend this company wholeheartedly. Thank you x

Really good experience from Day 1. Lee helped me to choose the right cushion types and was always there if I had questions. He actually cared that I should get the right solution. Delivery of the new cushions wasn't the fastest but I'm totally satisfied with customer service and quality.

I have an older sofa which is good quality and in good condition apart from the flattened cushions. I sent my covers and the new cushions were inserted and sent back to me. It was so simple and now I have a ‘new’ sofa which is comfortable and looks great. Thank you to Lee who made the whole process so easy.

Daughter used this company for new cushions for her sofa and the results were amazing, it's like new. So, yes, I used her as a guinea pig and sent mine for the sane treatment. Used the online calculator before hand and am pleased to report I can measure quite accurately ! Got the cushions back last night. Yep, they took the full 28 days although at least 3 of them were taken up with DPD having them in their depot, but it was worth the wait. Better than they were when new and so comfortable. Would not hesitate to use again and well worth the cost.
