From the very beginning, Lee, the Manager of this company, was helpful and kept in touch with me by email and phone during the procedure of this order. The cushions were delivered on time and beautifully packed, so that they would not get damaged during transit. My settee cushions are fantastic and the procedure of placing an order with this company was made easy because they were so efficient. I am going to use them again and also recommend this company to anyone who needs new cushions.

I contacted The Cushion Suppliers after researching many other replacement cushion providers, as I was having issues with my Loaf Cuddlemuffin sofa cushions. I spoke with Lee over the phone, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When my replacement cushions arrived, they weren’t quite right. I was anxious about calling them, but I really shouldn’t have been, Lee was absolutely amazing. He put my mind at ease and reassured me that they would sort the problem out. It turned out we just needed to tweak the foam. The turnaround was incredibly fast, and I had the new inserts back by the end of the week. I had a party that weekend and Lee made sure I had the cushions in plenty of time. Absolutely thrilled with the new cushions, so much better than the original Loaf ones! I would definitely use this company again and 100% recommend them. Their customer service and aftercare are second to none.

Excellent company, both their product and customer service are great. After a phone call with Lee I was able to order with confidence, and my confidence was not misplaced. All communication is prompt and helpful and the cushions are good quality and exactly as described. I only wish I had known about them sooner.

Cushion supplier was excellent. I looked on line but discussed my exact requirements over the phone. I sent my seat cushions by post and the new seats were back with us in less than a fortnight. The new cushions are really high quality, so much so it's like having a new sofa. Thank you.

When I phoned about replacement cushions I explained my back and joint problems and imminent surgery. Cushion Supplier were able to suggest an alternative to a straightforward like-for-like replacement. They responded promptly and helpfully to subsequent emails and did the job quickly. I sent them one cushion cover to get exact measurements. The three cushions arrived exactly when they said, perfectly packaged. They are such a good fit that it was a bit of a tussle to wrestle the two into the covers I hadn't sent (I wish I'd sent all three covers!)

Amazing service, great price and fantastic quality yet again from Cushion Supplier. This was our third purchase from them after previously upgrading dining table seats and outdoor furniture seats. This time we ordered cut size foam for two dog beds and the finished product is excellent. It arrived cut to the exact dimensions within days, fits perfectly and the quality is phenomenal yet again. I now have a very happy young Labrador sleeping soundly in his new bed as a type this!

What an incredible company. I had two sofa seat cushions made and now I have got them I could not be happier. There was an issue along the way which was nothing to do with the company and Lee was on the phone every single day sometimes twice a day until all was sorted. We have an expensive sofa now 20 years old and due to family life the base cushion filling has collapsed.
Measured cushions as per website instruction phoned and ordered new interior cushion fill of qualofil same as original filling. Told 2 to 3 weeks, cushions delivered after 3 weeks, perfect fit has returned the sofa to its former comfort. would highly recommend the cushion supplier and have no hesitation in using their sevice again.

I would highly recommend this company if you are debating getting new cushions for your sofa. My sofa looks brand new. I couldn't be happier. Over the moon. A very competitive price and a very easy process which was handled by Lee Watkins all the way through.

We replaced our saggy feather filled sofa cushions with foam ones and the sofa is now actually comfortable, feel twice as big and is like new. The process was so easy and the new covered cushions were with me in a week. It's like having a completely new sofa for a fraction of the price!

Wonderful good value service and now my terrible Loaf sofa is comfortable again. We replaced the seat cushions with Dacron wrapped foam, and the sofa is better than new.
