Cushion Supplier Opiniones

We needed to replace the cushion pads in the seat part of our sofa. Having found this company by searching online, the service they provided was excellent - I spoke to Lee on the phone about the right type of cushion filling to meet our needs and he was very helpful. We were also able to send our current covers to them so there was no question of us not measuring correctly. The cushions came back quickly and have been perfect ever since.

We can not fault Lee at Cushion Supplier from start to finish. We were tentative at first about trusting an online service, but Lee soon put us at ease. The cost and quality of the end product were excellent!

We were looking to replace our fibre filled sofa cushions with something more firm and with less maintenance. We decided to travel to Leigh on Sea to try out different alternatives (and had a nice little break away at the same time!). From our initial enquiry through to delivery the service we received from Lee was fantastic. We would highly recommend this family firm.

Just had my sofa cushions re.filled by Cushion Supplier.
This company offers exceptional service, they gave me good advice ,were extremely helpful and the results are perfect.
Service this good rarely seen now …highly recommended.

Excellent service. Prompt reply to emails. Replaced inners in sofa cushions. I would recommend sending empty cases in for them to fill and return which avoids any errors in sizing( well worth the extra carriage cost involved)

This is the second time I have used this company to replace old filling for newer more up to date and safe materials and they turned out just perfect. Their customer service is second to none and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services. My old settees now look fresh with new filling in the cushions making them look as good as new.

We needed cushions replacing on good quality old sofas. If we could find a quality supplier this was a better option than buying new sofas. In Cushion Supplier we found the perfect solution. They replaced our old feathercushions with a mixture of foam and feather cushions which are excellent. All at very reasonable prices and with first class service. Our sofas have been given a new lease of life and friends comment on how comfortable the sofas now are.

The quallofil seat cushions on our Laura Ashley leather sofa needed replacing and after much research we spoke to The Cushion Supplier and then placed an order online. Couldn’t be happier. We no longer sink into our seats ! Brilliant job

I called cushion supplier 5 minutes before closing time and they booted up their system to take my order over the phone, they were so accommodating - I have just received my order the inserts are so well made and it’s like I’ve got a new sofa. Thank you again Lee and co - highly recommend - and a very good price,

Lee was wonderful from start to finish and so patient with my dithering. He was so professional, helpful and very approachable. His advice and guidance on new inner cushions for my existing three piece suite was invaluable and he delivered within the time advised. I sent my existing covers to him which he filled and the result is that it looks like I have a new suite. I am thrilled! Thank you Lee.

Friendly, professional service from Lee and John from start to finish. First class pre and post order advice that enabled easy measurement and installation. The replacement cushions were delivered on time and fitted perfectly. Two leather settees as good as new couldn't be more delighted. Thanks Guys brilliant buying experience.

Great service from beginning to end! From very helpful and personal advice to get replacement cushions through to the delivery as arranged. Thank you so much!

We were able to contact Cushion Supplier for advice on the measurements for our replacement cushions. The cushions were delivered on schedule, excellent quality and fitted perfectly.

This is my second order from these guys, and I must say that I am absolutely delighted with the product and the level of service. I have tried to source local suppliers in Derbyshire, but have not been able to find anyone to match the quality, so it has been well worth the postage costs.

Replacement sofa base cushions. The whole experience was great…simple order process with clear measuring guidance, great communication with Lee, excellent quality product and perfect fit. Super pleased and would definitely recommend and use again

The exploration of various websites for cushion suppliers was part of our meticulous process, with Cushion Supplier (cushionsupplier.co.uk) emerging as the most cost-effective after comprehensive vetting. Crucially, their pre-sales communication proved pivotal in our decision-making process, demonstrating exceptional responsiveness and detailed product insights that greatly assisted our selection.

Navigating the payment methods, limited to phone transactions or bank transfers, posed a challenge that necessitated a thorough verification of the supplier's legitimacy. While the plethora of positive reviews spanning years instilled confidence, cross-referencing this information with Company House records was instrumental in solidifying our trust.

Opting for a card payment over the phone alleviated apprehensions, resulting in a sense of contentment and anticipation for the arrival of our new cushions. Within a commendable timeframe of under 14 days, the cushions arrived, proving to be ideal for a family setting, especially with children, due to their medium/firm density. Their quality, construction, and delivery punctuality exceeded expectations, addressing the discomfort we previously experienced with our old cushions from DFS.

Our gratitude extends to the team at Cushion Supplier for delivering an exceptional product and experience, replacing our prior discomfort with comfort and satisfaction.

Have just received my cushion inners for a settee, having bought from them before I knew they would be perfect, and yes they are. The service is great, quickly delivered ,and fit perfectly, many thanks !

I am delighted with my sofa cushions. Excellent quality, perfect fit and reasonably priced . Customer service and communication is excellent. I highly recommend.

After looking at the website and conversation with Lee at Cushion Supplier we sent our cushion covers. Our feather filled sofa now has foam core with wrap, it’s comfortable and I don’t have to plump the cushions every day! It looks better than before. We’re very pleased.

Extremely happy first and most importantly with the product. It was exactly what I had hoped to get as a replacement for the original cushions that had come with the sofa, but were now well past their sell-by date.
The five start review is also a testament to the level of customer service though. They take their time to ensure your order is exactly what you require prior to committing to anything, and then clearly communicate timings for when everything will be completed and delivered.
I would definitely use again or recommend to others.
