Great company to work with. You really get a personalized design working one on one with your tattoo artist. Very fast and friendly. Definitely recommend using them to help design and create that tattoo idea bouncing around in your head!!

I was happy with my final tattoo design and eventually got it done on my calf, as intended. The designer that was assigned to me, Olinda, knew exactly how to communicate with me to create something I was happy with.

These guys are awesome! I sent them a couple of ideas and they designed the perfect half sleeve for me. I was struggling with getting my idea of a half sleeve down on paper, but with just a couple of keywords and great communication they were able to absolutely nail what I wanted.

We were quickly put in touch with our artist, Dhruva who took our ideas and put together an amazing design, which completely exceeded our expectations. I was skeptical of commissioning a tattoo online but I got the perfect artist and the communication between her and I was open the entire time. We had a great experience working with custom tattoo design. The artist was very talented and took all our feedback into consideration. The final product is better than I could have imagined.

I came into this knowing that I wanted a tattoo that honored my daughter in an abstract fashion, but I had limited ideas to bring to the table. Christine brought this artwork to life and was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. She provided several drafts, making edits along the way as to ensure the finished product was perfect. Could not be happier!

It’s funny that they a Canadian company but charge you USD so you have to pay even more because of conversion rate. Not to mention I was quoted $150 USD for a deposit but charged $162.60USD. Super expensive to get designed not by the artist who is tattooing.

Initially the first draft by the artist was really bad and not what I explained. Did not flow at all and looked just placed there. I wanted roses and he drew another flower. I asked to change and then came back with another draft that was a little better but still lacking shading and detail. I approved it just based off of design as it doesn’t state anywhere that when you approve it, it will be the final draft. But they are happy to take your money right away. I couldn’t go back and say to add more shading and detail because I assumed it would have been done before sending me final copy but it wasn’t. Then Carmelle emailed me and I explained the situation and she got the artist to reopen and fix the issues. The artist (Jesus) said he understood the changes and would make them as soon as possible. Days later the artist messages again saying he does not understand because he sent me the exact same draft as before. I explain to him again and again but he was not understanding. He said his English was bad which I was not happy to hear as I just explained myself in simple words. The changes were very easy and should have been spotted right away but weren’t. I ended up sending him a screenshot and circling the areas. He said he understood again. I had to wait again 2-3 days for simple changed and was getting upset. I told them I just wanted a refund. As soon as I said that the artist sent another draft. I only approved it because I didn’t want to deal with them anymore. I’d rather have my tattoo artist tweak the design to fit my arm properly. I told Carmelle that I will be writing a bad review as I was unhappy about the whole process and how long it took. Also how expensive it was.

First time customer, brand new fan, Custom Tattoo Design has been amazing and very cooperative. Ledys is my artist and has been so kind and nice, making sure that the design is what I envisioned and making adjustments aper my request.

My experience with Custom Tattoo Design was great. I gave them the style that I wanted with very little other specific ideas and no pictures included for a full arm sleeve. They presented me with a draft within a week and they did amazing with so little information given. I did make requests changes during the coloring stage in which they came back with a great final design. I would recommend them to everyone.
