I absolutely love my purse! My husband bought me the matching bag, wallet, and cup for Christmas last year, and I can't tell you how many compliments I've received on them.
Unfortunately, less than a year later, both handles on my purse are falling apart. I reached out to the company and even sent pictures, but was told they couldn't help because it had been a year. The frustrating part is that today is only October 21st, and my husband purchased it on December 9th of last year, so it hasn't even been a full year!
It's really disappointing because I genuinely love this purse. It's beautiful, and I get compliments on it all the time. I just wish the quality and customer service matched how beautiful their products are. For what these items cost, I expected them to last much longer than this.

You’re right that it hasn’t been a full year, and we apologize for the confusion in our earlier explanation. We also initially misunderstood the issue as involving the detachable strap rather than the handles.
Our refund and replacement policy requires issues to be reported within seven days of delivery, so this purchase falls outside that timeframe. We understand that this is disappointing, especially for a gift you’ve enjoyed so much, and we’re sorry our communication added to your frustration.
