This website is a scam

This website is a scam. 1st red flag was they only accept Google Pay. If you've been scammed, go to your bank & show them this trustpilot review page to raise a dispute to get your money back! 2nd red flag was they never sent an email order confirmation, only a weird text saying my order will be shipped (with no tracking). 3rd red flag: tried to contact them 4 times and got no response! Don't buy anything from them!

Yeah I am in the same boat. Exactly the same outcome as described below for so many. Order 1561 so excited me. They were THE chairs that exactly fitted my apartment and now I think I too have been scammed. Why would anyone choose to live their life this way? It cannot possibly bring sustainable happiness. Anyway, it is what it is. I will live in hope that Daiiwa are just unorganised and inefficient, not thieves, but the signals are not good. Bernie K

A 5 piece outdoor garden furniture

Ordered a 5 piece outdoor garden furniture at the end December 2021 Order # 1145 and a couple of days later it was supposedly despatched. I emailed today asking for an expected delivery date and the email was returned. Daiiwa an update would be good!

Yep… like all the other “scammed” people, you have done it to me too! I should have been on to you criminals when I couldn’t find any tracking numbers, duh. Second time this has been done to me. I only hope disaster follows you, family and your cohorts to the end of your days. What goes around, comes around, it’s call Karma. I was unfortunate as it wasn’t a large amount of money I have lost and not what you have extorted from many of your customers (mugs). Why can’t you go and work for a living like the rest of us have done. You are just the slime of the earth.

this is a scam!!

On January 3rd, 2022, I bought a desk that I absolutely adored on here. After a few days, I had received an update that my order was shipped. Excitingly, I continued to wait for updates that never appeared. I checked daily and to my surprise, the website had suddenly been deleted! In conclusion, do not order from this website. I am extremely upset and my money - in which I worked very hard for - was wasted on this scam.

Wasn't possible to give zero stars so…

Wasn't possible to give zero stars so gave a one.
Order never appeared.. unable to track from tracking number.. all emails returned undelivered.. can't open website

Well the 15th came and went and no sign of a refund yet as promised.
It's the hope that kills you.

Still no sign of refund as promised from the 15th Feb.. got an email on the 23rd Feb saying my order was cancelled and money would be returned to card..not seen anything yet..its a scam but can't understand why they go thru with the show of refunding your money.. seems like others have lost a lot more money than me.

Ordered shelving on 12/1/22
(#order 1503). Got 1st email saying payment recieved but nothing since. Email and website not working. Can't contact shopify (they were on my bank statement) either. Have just sent a request to the refund deparment of Daiiwa (not sure how i found that) holding out hope that i either get item or money back. But reading these other reviews (which i should have read before purchasing) i won't holding my breathe for even a response, let alone item or money.
Update 17/2/2022. Received email from refund side, offered refund on 4/2/2022 but they only refund on 15th of each month. Still waiting 2 days later for refund

Waiting for my item to be delivered and no notification or email to say it is on its way so I sent an email to the company some 4 weeks later and still no response regarding where my order is #1664.

I would still like my item but if it cannot be fulfilled please refund my money asap.

Purchased outdoor shower 14/1 took the money email sent to say item was being shipped, still have not received. Same as everyone says cannot find any contact for this company now. Has just disappeared .

Avoid this company ... be warned

We ordered and paid for an outdoor market umbrella stand 6 weeks ago and we received an email advising us the order had been shipped. No product has arrived, no response to emails we have sent and no response to our voicemails. We are sooo disappointed in our experience and so annoyed that we have obviously lost our hard earned cash.

16/2/2022 Despite this company indicating a refund would occur this has not happened. We have had no response from Daiiwa and sadly we have no suggestions for anyone else trying to get a refund.

Took my order and even had the cheek to email me and say 'your order is on the way' - order #1600 has NOT arrived ... funny how they were happy to take the money though!!! ‘NO STARS’ if that was possible

This would be ‘NO STARS’ if that was at all possible. Buyers beware. Paid for goods and they have not arrived. I will be dedicating time to track this scum down. Website is now taken down. No response from email. No phone number to call. Many reviews have responses from Daiiwa but continued attempts to contact Daiiwa have no response. I have commenced action with appropriate authorities.

$1300 just gone !!

I ordered 2 x lounges at the start of January $1300 and still haven’t received them order #1407. I have emailed numerous times, I have called numerous times, contacted Afterpay 2 weeks ago with no resolution and emailed the refunds@daiiwa with no success or reply. I am so disappointed, they were for my business - a wedding over the weekend. Our industry was hit so hard during covid and now some scammers think it’s ok the take my money - well I am coming for you like many others on here - you are absolutely disgusting. These people are all just a bunch of criminals that scam each other and customers !!

All Afterpay refunds were completed yesterday. Afterpay should be able to clear refunds to any installment payments that you made and stop future installment payments.

Where is my artificial indoor plant. Have bought it couple weeks ago. I got the email said it's been shipped on 15/1/2022... I am still waiting any follow-up for this purchase. Daiiwa website disappeared. And I am not able to track my purchase at all...really upset!!!

So upset l bought a dinning table and…

So upset l bought a dinning table and chairs never received it I emailed them a few times with no reply can't get onto the site now I'm a pensioner and it to a lot to save for this I wanted a refund but now can't get in touch it's nothing but a scam shame on you scamming people.
