Not a great experience
I ordered a wooden foot bath on the 07th March. One month later I had not received tracking info OR the product. I tried calling the 1300 number and it went to an automated voicemail.
The day after posting this review, the owner called and asked me to remove the review. He went on to say they have had difficulty with staff and products. I advised I would update the review once I received tracking details. Over a week went by. I then received tracking details indicating the product was coming from China. I received the product ordered 3 days ago. It is as per the photos on the website. I'm happy I've got what I ordered, but based on my experience, I wouldn't purchase with them again.
Absolute crooks
Absolute crooks. Do not buy from here. Items received 6weeks after ordered. Then were not what I ordered. Would not return or refund.

This company lies
This company lies. I ordered a set of blinds on 7th January, 2026 - was notified it had been sent on January 15th. After several unanswered communications, I finally discovered on the 2nd of February that it had not been sent. I was offered a full refund when I did establish communication - BUT when refund was given, I did not receive the FULL refund - they subtracted a $10 tip!

I believe Ive been scammed by Everything Bamboo
I believe Ive been scammed. Purchased a set of shelves for $159. The credit card payment went through quickly but Ive not received any invoice, order id to indicate the purchase. The account set up haa no record of me having ordered and the "live chat" is non-responsive when o try to contact them. Reporting this transaction to my bank as soon as it is no longer pending.

Scam company.
Ordered on Dec 8. Never received shipping information or products I purchased. I have contacted repeatedly - No response. Company is registered in Delaware, United States. I have sent a transaction dispute with my bank. Scam company. Do not purchase anything from this store.

Ordered November 22, no tracking number. Unable to get any response even after multiple emails and phone goes to voice mail. Webchat is automated only.

Wrong product, defective
They sent the wrong product. The product they did send had a missing patch of paint. It took more than a month to arrive. I would not recommend this company.
Possible scam store
Same as other reviews here. Don’t buy from here, may be a scam. Purchased from online store early November, next day received a couple of odd emails that were flagged by my email provider as possible phishing attempts. A couple of weeks later received email saying items were shipped, then a day later another suss generic email vaguely referring to delays and that they may take a long time to respond to emails or calls. No response to my follow up email. If you call you go straight to voicemail. It’s now a month after purchase and have asked paypal for a refund.
Water Feature - not received and v poor communication
Ordered on 4 November - item showed as shipped on 11 November - lots of marketing emails - followed up via email several times as item has not been received. Phone number goes to voicemail - no response other than a generic email saying that the process will take longer. I will have to instigate a refund through my credit card provider - buyers beware
Don't try to buy - it's a scam
The company appears to be largely a scam. After paying $179 for a bookcase, I got a lot of marketing emails, then nothing else. 8 days after the order was accepted I asked when it would be shipped. Immediately got an email saying it had shipped, but no tracking info. Trying to get tracking info was fruitless - never any response. Tried their online chat, no answer. Phone number went to voicemail. Found this review page, concluded I'd been scammed, now working with my bank to reverse the credit card charge. Note that one photo on their home page showing two western women is stolen from a completely unrelated event.

What a bunch of scammers
What a bunch of scammers, once order placed all communication stops. Three weeks after order placed advised that product shipped, then nothing. Phoned and emailed numerous times with no response. Fed up raised issue with PayPal and Everything Bamboo contacted me within minutes and advised that would be an other 7-12 days (Still in China and not Qld). Told PayPal to refund my money, which they did straight away (good on you PayPal). Now today I get an email asking for a review - WTF
Stay away folks
Interestingly all reviews on website are five stars, obviously doctored result. I will check reviews on Trust Pilot in the future.
Poor customer service
I waited 2 months for a delivery, which arrived damaged and missing all of the fittings (screws, door knobs, hinges, magnets etc.). They've ignored my emails for over a month, so I had to spend an extra $70 on hardware just to assemble my damaged shoe cabinet.
I have only recieved part of my order
I have only recieved part of my order. Three weeks after placing my order I placed an enquiry and was advised my items may arrive in separate parcels, a week later received 2 items from my order. Over 6 weeks have now passed and the remaining items have not been delivered. I was not given any tracking details and Everything Bamboo have not responded to 2 requests to check on the status of these deliveries. I can only assume they were never dispatched.

Bought a book case in May.
Item finally arrived in July after numerous emails. Item was broken on opening the package. Very poor workmanship. Very flimsy parts. There’s no way it would hold one book let alone a whole shelf of them.
