Gear I bought off Temu & eBay came faster & bcf & Kmart are cheaper for the same stuff

It's a shame the delivery by the fastway courier wasn't up to Davos standard, just jam the parcel half in half out of the letterbox on display from the street. Not what I call a secure location, I guess, that walk to the front door must have looked too harrowing for the poor courier.

Great wetsuit, just needed more customer communication during processing

Great wetsuit and it arrived in excellent condition. Very happy with the price. The delivery was very slow, as warned on the website. I had tried to buy this wetsuit from two other places and in both cases was told (after weeks of waiting) that it was sold out, so I was very concerned this was happening again. I was thrilled when the package arrived but would have preferred more communication regarding the progress in processing my order.

So slow and dirty item.....

Apart from the fact this company takes forever to do anything, a week to acknowledge an order, two weeks to process it, another week to send it. The mask I received was filthy, covered in dust, the lenses are covered in greasy fingerprints. If it wasn't for the price tag on the frame I'd swear I'd been sent a second hand item.
Definitely won't be ordering from Davo's ever again.

Honestly do not even bother

Honestly do not even bother. I have been waiting over a month for my stuff. They didn't send it till about the three week month then the courier they sent with I have never heard of and have looked them up (couriers please) and don't think I could find anyone who had a good thing to say about them. I would've happily rather payed double for what I bought locally as I would've had it in my hands then and there. Also as others have mentioned they only reply on Tuesdays to their inbox and they give that a 5-10 business days turnaround. They make you tick a box to say your happy with their shopping policy which basically is you agreeing that it's ok for it to take more than 10 days for them to even process and ship which in this day and age is not acceptable. Go and support local or another business doing better.

Order cancelled 2 weeks after payment

I placed an order, it took them 8 business days to ship, and when i asked for tracking info they cancelled my order and issued a refund - it turns out they had never shipped it.
Their 'shipping policy' is laughable in 2026, and their customer service is borderline aggressive.

First poor experience with Davos

I've ordered through Davos a few times in the past and always had a great experience. Fast processing and quick postage. This time around order processing took close to two weeks and then had an item refunded and not delivered due to being "damaged at the warehouse".
The prices and stuff are great and I did receive the product just fine, and one rough experience shouldn't cancel out previous good experiences, but not sure I'll be ordering again in the near future.

NEVER AGAIN…

NEVER AGAIN…. Why didnt i read reviews. The worst experience i have ever encountered. They are so slow it’s absolutely ridiculous. I would never purchase anything from them ever again… family business for 40 years. Well thats a joke. Terrible shipping and dispatch times ..my husbands birthday present didnt arrive on time. I even emailed them to ask if it could get dispatched in time….a family owned business would not even do this for me…just said look at the shipping policy, it’s still being processed, you cannot cancel order… And i still dont have it ….his bday has come and gone and still no fishing rod. a lesson well learnt .. its a pity they cant get an order to you or answer email, as quick as they can reply to a negative review

Worth the wait

Products are of good quality and as described. Delivery a little on the slow side, 24 days passed before delivery arrived.

I've since emailed and asked where the storage bag is and apparently I've been ghosted because after waiting weeks for something that should have arrived in no more than 10 days tops I'm still waiting for a reply to my email 10 days on. Makes me think davo's tackle don't hold any stock and are relying on some 3rd party warehouse to do all the work. All in all very disappointed.

Very Poor Customer Service and SLOW!

Late and incredibly long processing time. No personalised responses to written enquiries, instead receiving automated replies. The customer satisfaction claims on the web page are without basis. The worst on line shopping experience I have ever had.

Fantastic products and price matched

Fantastic products and price matched to the cheapest on the market. Loved getting the rod wrapped and packed in a protective tube. The excitement of opening the rod was like getting a Christmas present and I’ve kept the packaging for a trip to Fiji. The tube and wrap fit snugly into my rod tube for extra protection.
