Very Poor Customer Service and SLOW!
Late and incredibly long processing time. No personalised responses to written enquiries, instead receiving automated replies. The customer satisfaction claims on the web page are without basis. The worst on line shopping experience I have ever had.

Fantastic products and price matched
Fantastic products and price matched to the cheapest on the market. Loved getting the rod wrapped and packed in a protective tube. The excitement of opening the rod was like getting a Christmas present and I’ve kept the packaging for a trip to Fiji. The tube and wrap fit snugly into my rod tube for extra protection.
BE WARNED……terrible buying experience
BE WARNED……terrible buying experience. Ordered a trolling motor and it stated on there web site it was in stock available for immediate delivery, after placing the order and paying you receive a confirmation email stating there is a 10 day processing period before dispatch of order. The order still didn’t turn up so contacted customer service via email (no phone contact available at all) to be informed there customer service is only open on a Tuesday. Once I threatened to cancel order they said they sent me a treadmill in error, I asked for tracking number that was unable to be supplied eventually my order turned up some 3-4 weeks after placing my order for something that advertised “in stock,immediate delivery”

Product was as advertised but it took…
Product was as advertised but it took almost a month for it to arrive from when the order was accepted. I should have known when I was forced to 'accept our terms and conditions for delivery' before placing the order. I subsequently placed an order for a similar item from China a week later which arrived almost two weeks before this order arrived. This is why Australian companies are getting wiped out by overseas competitors. Less than half the price, half the time to deliver.

Happy Customer
Excellent communication and prompt delivery. The item was something l was struggling to source, so l was so happy to find one that was excellent quality at a great price.
Poor communication
Poor communication, incredibly slow processing times - still not have received my order.
Update: Davo's Tackle have replied to my review before replying to my multiple emails. With 20+ business days for processing and shipping, with no possibility to cancel, I would suggest ordering items elsewhere.

Slow and incomplete order…
Order had not been shipped in nearly 30days. No communication informing me that it was going to be late. When my order arrived only 1 of 2 fishing rods showed up. All information supplied says order complete. Yet I only have half my order. Again no communication informing me of any issues. Now I am waiting for a reply as to why order was incomplete which by an email I received won’t be till next week as they only work on Tuesday replying to issues.
Incredibly slow
Make sure you read the shipping policy before committing to a purchase (something I failed to do), as they take an extraordinarily long time for delivery. I expected that ordering on 11Dec should have given a good chance of arrival (interstate) before Christmas, but not so. Received on 6Jan, which met the terms of their shipping policy (up to 10 business days to ship & a further 10 business days for delivery). While the store has a great product range & good prices, the shipping/ delivery policy is a big negative, and in my opinion needs a major overhaul. Until that improves I am unlikely to be a regular customer.
Would not deal with the Company again
An abalone knife was ordered on 15 December (for Christmas). Shipping said no problems. Was eventually picked up by courier company after new year and delivered on 7 January even though the track parcel said 5 January. Communication from Company was poor, siting "read our shipping conditions which you agreed to". Nothing said about the hold-up. Poor communication, poor customers service, poor management of Christmas orders.
Ordered a shirt on the 13th of…
Ordered a shirt on the 13th of December. Said it was in stock. Received it on the 6th January. A ridiculous amount of time to wait. It was a first birthday gift which i have now missed. I will not use this site again and will advise anyone I know not to use it either

Over 2 weeks have passed, over Christmas and they haven’t posted anything (posting the product should be the easiest thing to do), nor do they reply with any detail or substance. Just generic AI slop

No indication of the 4 week delivery time. Failure to deliver as then requested through the australia post app. A terrible experience and will never order here again.
Terrible - GO ELSEWHWERE
Terrible - after ordering weeks before Christmas with an item labeled "In-stock" and "Ready to ship" it had still not shipped on Dec 24th. No communication regarding delays and my email on the 22nd saying to cancel given delays was ignored. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE

Beware Returns Policy
Davos has a miserable returns policy. Return at your expense, via courier, no refunds and then they take 10% off any exchange value :( . Haven't come across a worse policy in Aust online shopping.

Ordered at very start of december to take items on holiday. Back from holiday and items still not delivered, joke of time taken to get these items, no shop takes almost a month what bull. Dont buy here when contacted to say its taking forever cancel my order, no help at all just stated i "agreed" to their terms and conditions about shipping when i bought the things like it is an acceptable wait time. Rude and unhelpful company and crap shipping times, go elsewhere
