The shipping procedures used by this particular company are completely bogus. My package has been 2 hours away from its final destination, for over a week now.. total shipping time as of now has been over two weeks, and I still haven’t received my package. Service is not timely whatsoever. I am very displeased by this inconvenience and will not be ordering from this site EVER AGAIN!!

The worst company I have ever dealt with online. I had to call my credit card company ( the phone number at Day1nutrition doesn’t work always busy ) to get a refund because they never sent me my products after confirming that they were on there way. I should have read the reviews before ordering from them. Lesson learned !

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!! I paid extra for fast shipping to take the product on a trip but emailed to ask when I would receive it since the website did not specify what the faster shipping time was. When they responded, I was not going to get it in time, so I emailed to cancel the order and I went on line and cancelled. (The response said that they would wave the shipping fee, but that did not matter if I could not take the item with me). They did not cancel the order, nor did they refund the shipping and when I returned from my trip, I had the product WHICH WAS THE WRONG PRODUCT - NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Since that time, they have not responded to any of my emails to resolve this issue and the phone number listed for them is always busy so I do not think it is in service. BE VERY CAREFUL IN ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

My order was canceled without explanation. After numerous attempts at contacting your company, I had to threaten turning you over to the Better Business Bureau to get not only a response but a refund as well. I will never order from you again and certainly would not recommend you to anyone! I did file a complaint with the BBB.

Hi, I ordered Plasma Jet on 6-25-18. I recently started using this product and have been sick after every use. It’s believed that the product was exposed to extreme temperatures. The pills are in capsule form and are soft and stickey. I would like exchange for the same product and try again. I’ve only used about a quarter of the product and got sick after every use. I’ve sent an email trying to resolve this matter and have not received a response.
