I ordered 5 Style Edit root coverup sprays. They arrived loose in a box larger than needed with no packing material and no shipping paperwork, Just thrown in a box. Luckily, they were fine but they should have been packed better.

My credit card was charged twice for the same purchase. I contacted the company to resolve the concern and never heard anything back. I had to dispute the charge through my credit card. I will not purchase anything additional from this company. Mistakes happen, I understand. Not responding is unacceptable.
