Ordered a certain flavor that was supposedly in stock and it wasn’t. Paid for fast shipping and it took five days to get to me. Was told by a representative that I would receive money back for shipping due to the flavor issue, but did not receive that either. Fist time doing business here and not sure I will again.

The website showed the product we wanted. We placed the order and waited. After more than a week, we got an email that simply said: "Your order has been canceled". No explanation, just that they canceled the order. We asked "Why" and they responded they no longer carried the product. Now another week has passed and the same item which they said is not available still shows as available on the website. Very disappointed.
