When I ordered online, my order went through. However y'all were out of stock of the product I ordered. Y'all did reach out and get a new product, but no new shipping confirmation of receipt.

I was a little worried at first about ordering from this company because it was taking so long to get the product. When I emailed not only did they respond as quick as possible but they also refunded me the shipping cost.

Will order from them again. 👍🏻

I had a severe medical reaction to this item. Within 30 mins I was shaking so much and very sick. Finally I threw up what was taken. I couldn't find any address or phone number to get where to return item. This lasted about 6 or 8 hours and that was Wednesday this if Friday and still don't feel very well.
I would appreciate getting email or phone call as to where to return item.

I had a few questions that I emailed the company, which where answered back so quickly. I placed my order and within a half an hour it was sent for delivery. Awesome communication. Fastest delivery I have ever had in my life!!!! Oh yeah great prices too. Will definitely shop here again

good, fast shipping

Product is great and shipment came early.

I got a good deal on a pre-workout, but I paid 10 dollars for "super fast" shipping and it took a week to get here. I could have paid the same amount on another site and got it in 2 days. Overall, good deal on the product, but shipping was way over priced and super slow. I will not order from this site again.

Received the requested product, normally cheaper than their competitors. Only once did I received the wrong product, I ordered three mandarin orange flavored humapro powder 90 servings size but received two of the orange and one of a funky flavor like rocket pop. It was too late when I discovered the incorrect shipment. Their delivery to Hawaii is normally fast consider we are not us continental. They always seem to have the product in stock, which their competitors did not. Their service and quality have been very good, and would recommend them to others.

I gave 4 stars due to great customer service. My original package was lost. Nobody could find it. I was out of product. However I talked to Bao in customer service and he mailed my original product along with a free product to try out. Great recovery! Thank you.
