Shipping was a little slow and required signature, which delayed receipt further. Items were incorrect. I sent an e-mail days ago, still no response on how to get correct items.

The owner was super friendly and helped me find alot of different products for my general health and I picked up a delicious meal to go from Icon Meals. The lasagna was delicious and healthy.

As a combat athlete and a Jiu Jitsu/mma school owner, myself and my students need the best in nutrition and supplements to perform out our highest. Having had multiple students fight in the UFC and Bellatore, they have been on the tip of the spear for a long period of time and nutritioun is always number one. Day1 has great products and the product knowledge is second to none.
