Ma commande n'a jamais été livrée par DPD.
DPD m'a averti que mon colis arriverait le 15/07. Or je ne l'ai jamais reçu malgré les multiples échanges avec eux.
Le 24/07, une responsable de DPD m'a avertit que le colis était resté à Trappes et qu'il repartait chez l'expéditeur. Ils n'avaient pas eu le temps de traiter.

After many years of using a 7" Daylight Magnifier I had a problem with the springs. Bec in the Australian office came up with a creative solution to get me sorted and kept me updated on the process as we went along. 10 out of 10 for great customer service and a fantastic product.

There lamps are not good and they do not stand by thier warranties. Stay away if you want a lamp.

The Neck light itself is excellent!
It turns on too easily, though.
You barely hold it and you end up pushing the on buttons.
It would be better if you had to hold for 1 or 2 seconds for it to come on.
So far, the battery time has been great. But, if it is accidentally turned on in my bag, it might be drained when I am ready to use it.
In the meantime, a firm case would keep it from inadvertently turning on in my bag where I was carrying it.

Beautiful design for the neck light. I had bought a cheapo one from a well known online store and thought this would be considerably better. The flexibility of the necks is brilliant but the light is not good enough for me to use. I have lots of lamps from this company that are A* but this is very disappointing.

My lamp arrived quickly and communication from the company was excellent. The lamp was carefully packed and works great.

The lamp is very nice but for me difficult to assemble. I had to pay someone to assemble it for me. Customer service was no help and did not respond to my three requests.

Great product. Had issues with delivery but customer services were extremely friendly and sorted it out for me

Website was easy to use. My Magnifying lamp arrived very quickly. All good. Best of all I can now see the hole in my cross stitch fabric!!!

Thought I’d try a new personal light. I use it for late night reading and knitting. It works well so far.
